On my way to Georgia on 10 Nov and the return to Dallas on 12 Nov, Ralph was more than excellent in quickly fueling my airplane and making sure that I was treated to great hospitality. I think he kept abreast of my return stop on Saturday to make sure he was there even though there was a family birthday party he was to attend. If they are not around, call the number on the door; they will come in a flash. God Bless, Ralph!

Semi regular in here. Garrett goes above and beyond every time I am in GNF. Last time had a rental car screw up and he had someone drive me to my appointment and when I was done he came and picked me up and took me back to the airport. Everyone stop here whenever you are close by.

I spent appx 5 days at KGNF as part of a recent aerobatic competition at the field. Mr. Garret Pollan, the airport manager and FBO owner, and Mr. Ralph, a lineman, provided exceptional service with enthusiasm and friendliness I have never before seen. I was fortunate to share dinner with these gentlemen and even after a hard day of work, they were still cheerful and committed to helping others. When I could not return home as planned due to weather and unable to rent a car due to the day (Sunday), Mr. Pollan loaned me his personal vehcle so that I could make my committments. This was about 800 miles of driving. He took excellent care of my aircraft (hangared) while I was away and helped me launch upon my return a week later. Awesome folks! I'll be back!

Flew in March 18, 2011 to attend a wedding. Called the airport to check on reserving a car. Extremely helpful! Offered to help me reserve a call then called me a little later to say both dealers were out of cars due to spring break rentals. Offered his personal vehicle to use. When it was not available, he offered his mother's vehicle. What service. I was the last plane in before the FBO closed for the day. He made sure to park me in an area away from potential prop wash from a scheduled arrival of a C-130. Could not have felt more at home and happy with every phase of the service. Fuel prices were also lower than other airports around. When I travel south again, rest assured, Grenada will be one of my stops for fuel and good company.

Came into Grenada today right before the FBO closed for the day, was parked and fueled right away. Mr. Ralph is the most generous man I've met in a long time. He allowed me to stay in the FBO even though the place was closing for the night, but only if I would eat with him and his wife first! And wouldn’t take no for an answer, he had to make sure that I was taken care of! The service is great, fuel was a good price, and his company is something you just don't find anymore! If ever coming back through here, I'm making a pit stop!

Flew in on Friday, 22 October 2010 to meet an old friend and go fishing. Garrett met us and parked us. Very friendly people. I left on Sat. 23 October and Ralph was on duty and was just as friendly and helpful as Garrett. Great stop.
