Airport needs another FBO. Handling fee of 125 or 125 gallons over priced. Plus overnight another $125 not able to be reduced. Willing to waive the "handling fee" with 125 gallon purchase. Price is about a 1.50 higher than home. This is worst than Signature at Miami--they are gone now :-) Last time paid the fee. Asked the linemen on the way out for something to clean the windshield. 2 of them searched for 15 minutes and could not find a cloth or cleaner. This time the hotel shuttle is down. The polite lady behind the desk waited till the linemen were done with airplanes--none on the ramp and asked them If they could/would drop me at the hotel. "The Hilton is too far and they are too busy. Notice there is no feedback customer service survey at the FBO. They know they are poor.

My best aviation maintenance experience by far. Just completed annual and yoke AD on my PA28-180 and was very pleased. Flat rate inspection followed by a detailed report of squawks with quotes for each item that was identified as either airworthy or recommended. No mysteries and no surprises. RDAir was fast, thorough and fair. RD Air has certainly earned my business. I'll be back!
