Great service from Trego Dugan! I stopped at KGRI for the night, enroute Boston area (KOWD) to SF Bay Area (KPAO). Trego Dugan folks fueled my Mooney to the brim, as requested—I was anticipating a long leg in the morning—which takes time and patience. With unforecasted severe thunderstorms coming in, they asked if I wanted to hangar the plane for the night (which suggestion I accepted). Folks gave me a ride into and back from town, had the airplane ready for me in the morning. Thank you!

Arrived at the Grand Island airport late evening 11/8/2023 on our flight SDL to OMA in our Citation, with a low hydraulic fluid warning. The airport emergency crew was very prepared, helped after our non-event landing. Excellent! Also the Trego Dugan personnel at their FBO went overboard and beyond helping us unload baggage, (6 PAX including an 87 year old lady) transfer baggage, find transportation to continue on to our destinations. This continued for about 2 hours after their normal closing time. Coffee and soft drinks were provided. Thank you all!
