Stopped here on the way back from OSH again this year. Customer service at it's best; very helpful in getting us a rental car and our airplane fueled.

Awesome awesome FBO for single piston crowd. Parked in front, red carpet, rental car on ramp. Help with bags. Needed to fly during stay and plane was pulled out front ready. CSRs and line staff are all friendly. Fuel price is very reasonable. No other fees. Outstanding service and fantastic value.

We parked with AvFlight for 4 nights and had a great experience. Not only were the facilities nice and new, but everyone we dealt with had a customer service focus, which is what matters. Thanks for the great service and we will be back when we're in the area.

Unparalleled service. We were met with a warm welcome and they didn't even ask if we needed help with bags. They just jumped in and started helping. They had a nice Chevy Tahoe we were able to rent on the cheap and brought it planeside for us and loaded it up. The facility is super nice and restrooms are very clean. The best part is they are C.A.A. So the other FBO can take their $8.00 per gallon Jet A and take a flying leap. Thanks AV Flight for making KGRR great again!

We parked our plane for 8 days. The crew drove us over to Avis to pick up our rental and then returned it for us when we departed. Everyone is very friendly and the facilities are top notch. We only needed about 10 gallons of fuel, but there were no tiedown charges. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

If 6 stars were an option, I would have picked 6. Super friendly staff - good fuel prices, no fees for my piston single. Came to Grand Rapids for the weekend and tied down overnight. Very new modern FBO facility - looks like they have a conference room available, very nice waiting/lounge space, and more. Will 100% visit again when I am in the Grand Rapids area.

Used conference room to meet with customer. Gorgeous new facility. Parked me right in front, Staff very accommodating, offered crew car, and even directed me to a pot-luck lunch they were having when the meeting went into the afternoon.

Parked a 172 at Avflight for two nights and got Gulfstream service. Everyone was great, the facility is brand new, low fuel price, and no fees on our piston single. Chris drove us to the airline terminal to pick up our rental car. On the return, they called Budget to pick up the car so we didn't have to run it back over. Line guys got every ounce of fuel in that they could for our flight home. Cindy emailed the next morning to follow up. Spectacular service. Thanks Avflight!
