I flew in 8/25, left plane at Rapid Air 3 days. They charged $20 per day, waived 1 day for fuel, but fuel was $6.37 per gallon. On return, I called ahead and asked to fuel and move plane off the ramp to the front door. Neither was done, was told on arrival that they were "too busy". For those prices? I did appreciate use of their crew car for a couple of hours on the 25th so I am rating this FBO as "average" rather than "poor".

Fantastic service! brought the crew car around air conditioning blowing strong, clean nice facility. Definitely my choice in GR (only place I go, really don't know others but why look further) Fuel could be lower. Did respond to emails, which seems to be rare!

One of the best facilities and staff I have experienced. They are willing to go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care. They have a very nice courtesy car available, and will waive the ramp fee with top off. Great FBO!

We were in Grand Rapids on our way down south after OskKosh. We received great service from the folks at Rapid Air. They took great care of my airplane too. They gave me a great reference of someone to wash my airplane after "SloshKosh" (thanks Frank!) and mechanic Todd did a great job lubing the gear. All in all, a good experience at a reasonable price. Thanks!

Excellent service is what we expected, and that is what we received. Hangar space was available for our aircraft during our cold & icy stay. The hangar price was more than fair. Rental car was on time, and warmed up. The facilities are fresh, comfortable, and well appointed. This is a great FBO.

Final destination on a Pilots N Paws rescue mission, as we pulled up lineman met us on the ramp, after shutting down they tied down aircraft for the night, and got us to our hotel, next morning when we returned, the plane was already fueled and ready to go, HIGHLY RECOMMEND this FBO to anyone traveling to GRR.... Mike and Rapid Air are A+
