Flew in on October 30, 2018 to bring a friend home to vote. We were met by efficient, interested, and courteous linemen immediately after shutting down. A very courteous lady at the counter asked how she could help us as we entered the door. When we told her that my friend needed a way to get to vote, she quickly arranged a crew car before we even discussed a fuel purchase! I placed a fairly modest fuel order, and the linemen had it pumped in minutes. Another very courteous lady at the counter processed the charge within minutes. The price was very reasonable considering the service we were given. I cannot praise this FBO and its employees highly enough!

A wonderful FBO. I stopped there due to icing conditions over the mountains north of GSO in need of a hotel room for the night, a hangar for a few days for my airplane and a one-way rental car back to CKB with a drop off at the airport. Meagan at the front desk took excellent care of me. She arranged for the hangar at a good price, a room, and a one-way car rental at a good price as well. I was in need of help to get back to work and was well taken care of by Meagan at Signature. I would highly recommend stopping in there anytime!

On arrival, a Wednesday around 15:00, service was superb, rental car ready. On departure, Sunday around 15:00, no supervisor around to keep the troops working - was disappointing. Desk clerk was unenthusiastic at the least, and lineman was out to lunch as far as helping us get our luggage to our plane - ended up walking multiple trips to the plane while he dozed in his golf cart.

Keke and Sharon Wright provide a friendly welcome with efficient and exceptional customer service at Signature's Front Desk-GSO. They understand what angel flight means to those who need to travel for medical care. Meagan Rothkopf and everyone at Signature-GSO are part of the charitable team. Thank you as always, for a consistently terrific service. Your help and COMPASSION is greatly appreciated. PALSflight.Org

Called to ask about flying a 182 there to pick up a passenger. Just a quick stop to pick him up, nothing else needed. Was told the "handling fee" would be $35. That is not an overnight fee, that's a fee for a 10-minute stop. That would be waived with a 7 gal purchase - of fuel that is almost $6/gallon. No thanks, we'll use one of the other Greensboro area fields.

Originally planned to fly into GSO on 03JUN2017 to run the "10K/5k On The Runway" race at the airport. Called ahead to inquire about transient parking, possible shuttle to the Race Start, etc and spoke with Bryan Dredger (Line Technician Shift Supervisor). Bryan was *incredibly* helpful and accommodating. I actually ended up flying-in the day before to pick up my race packet and was provided a complimentary crew car in lieu of taking Uber (my original plan). Flew back again the following morning for the race and the Line staff shuttled us over to the start and picked us up after the run as well. First Class service in every possible way. It is important to note that here that, even though I was flying a small single-engine taildragger, one would think I'd just pulled up in a G5. I could not POSSIBLY have been treated any better. So even though I didn't need fuel (my home strip is just 44nm away from GSO) I went ahead and had them top me off just the same. 5 STARS!!
From Dominic Ottaviano on 21-Feb-2017

It didn't even start out good, the line guys did not get out there to show you where to park. Even an eclipse jet that came in right after us ended up having to do a U-turn because of the confusion. And once get inside and see a sign that says Bistro and follow it only to see that it takes you to a coffee and candy machine... Come on seriously... I almost always give FBO's five stars but this one was just not impressive.
From JD Kinman on 15-Aug-2016

Arrived after sundown on a Sunday evening after a day of dodging storms all the way down from Maine to central Virginia. Sharon fussed over us like a mother hen and made sure everything and every detail was taken care of, and our lineman, Mason, took extra care with our 172. You would've thought we arrived in a Gulfstream. Fuel was more than reasonable and for the services we received, the tiedown and facilities charge was a non-event. Can't say enough good about these folks.
From John Hand on 31-Jul-2016

Have no complaints with service, other than we received no help loading bags for 5 people when we departed, but was charged $80 to park a piston twin 2 nights, and we topped off with fuel (50+ gallons) and I base my plane at another Signature FBO. $40 a night is simply way out of market to park a piston plane on a ramp. They said it was a new unchangeable Signature policy. Wanted to warn fellow AirNav users to avoid GSO unless you have to be here.
