Arrived for lunch at 13:30 on Saturday, January 3, 2009. Was greeted by a hostess who very rudely announced that her manager had ordered her to not take any more customers. I asked why, and was told that they were so busy that "the cooks needed a chance to catch up". I counted only 11 diners, and they had almost 50 tables. I asked when they might be seating people again, and was told, "I have no way to know.". I asked to speak with the manager, and the hostess turned and disappeared into the kitchen. After about 5 minutes, she returned and very rudely announced, "The manager is too busy to talk to you". I then told the hostess that I was leaving and asked her to validate my parking ticket. She then very rudely announced that, "I can't validate your ticket. You didn't eat anything". I pointed out to her that the reason I didn't eat anything was that she had refused me service. She turned around and walked away. I will not be returning.

Stopped to refuel and eat lunch. Good service, added brake fluid to low brake, courtesy car offered to restaurants. Accepted ride to "Windows" restaurant in the terminal for lunch rather than drive to town. Cup of coffee on the way out. Overall very good and prompt service. Tower and radar very friendly.
