Ryan was very helpful. We called ahead believing we would be arriving after hours; he graciously said he'd wait. We arrived 10 minutes before closing. Ryan pulled both rental cars up to the plane and helped unload and reload our bags. At my request the Citation was put in a hangar for the planned weeklong stay. Character is right! The building is a great nostalgic place, a good trip just to visit and watch airplanes!

Champion was great and the old tower building they are located in has a ton of character. We were transporting an Avait Husky to Minnesota for floats and the guys put her in a hangar for bad weather to pass. Easy in and out fuel. Great stop!!!

Excellent and friendly service from Greg and his crew. They arranged a speedy repair for a flat tire on a Saturday. Self-service fuel was available for $4.30 a short distance from the terminal. Excellent facilities. Paid $7/night fee. Champion arranged for rental car and delivered it planeside for $43/night (PT Cruiser).

Upon arrival, the ramp personnel were very helpful. Departing, they even helped to push a plane stuck at the fuel pump out of the way so I could fuel up and get on my way. The old terminal is nicely retro inside, but with thoroughly up-to-date pilot briefing room. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I agree with some previous comments that fuel is a bit pricey, but that seems to be true of the Atlanta area.

Those folks took good care of me when I was weathered in overnight due to t-storms. Very understanding of a vintage plane, too.

Great airport, friendly people, good service, very unique FBO facilities, if they could just get their fuel prices in line it would be the perfect stop.

Flew in recently in a Citation. Greeted by friendly staff. Should have called ahead for a rental car as none were available by the time we arrived. No fees charged despite not buying any fuel, which is RARE. Overall a good experience, but if you're looking for a fuel stop, would consider somewhere cheaper.

Fuel cost is not what it seems. Price said $4.43, BUT there was over $14 in taxes on 40 gallons of fuel. OH MY GOD! I nearly passed out. Won't be stopping here again. Made the average price per gallon $4.91. I could have gotten $3.63 just a few miles away and saved $51 on my small airplane taking 40 gallons. GOOD GRIEF!

We were treated royally by the FBO and line! EZ on the eyes lady made paying the $7.00 tie down fee pleasurable. Rental car delivered to the plane by the top notch line crew.

TOP NOTCH!!!!!!!!!!! I flew in on about 2-1-06 and the service was top notch. They had the rental car out by airplane when I landed. Heater was on and doors open. Very helpful and friendly people. Also the FBO is very nice. Thanks to the people at the FBO.

$4.50 a gallon for gas and no courtesy car, make this a no stop for me in the future. Had to rent a car for $43 to make a 4 mile round trip for precisely 56 minutes. After being raped for fuel I would expect at least a clunker to get me down the road. Fuel was cheaper at Memphis Intl by more than $.50, get a life Champion and provide some S-E-R-V-I-C-E for the sky high prices you charge!
