Have been using GVQ as a fuel stop between Boston area and Northern Michigan for a few years now, most recently on 8/5/2008. Self serve fueling is convenient and working, line guys have been helpful, FBO has computer weather, and a few comfortable chairs. GCO to Rochester approach was working. Nothing fancy, but it's a nice, generally quiet field.

Stopped in for a couple of quick fuel stops over the weekend. Self-Serve fuel prices are as advertised (and the pump is operational). Nice little airport that's very easy to find. The few folks I encountered were friendly.

The FBO is nicely equipped, and the staffer offered us his personal car while we had to wait for the Enterprise car. Nice place to stop.

Self Service has been INOP for quite awhile - so they charge full service price.

Restaurant has been replaced by a flight school; good place to refuel the plane, but not good for refueling the pilots...
