Runway 17/35 is currently closed, so operations are on the parallel taxiway, now termed runway 18/36. Quick, easy in and out, excellent fuel prices (complete with a board listing all other local airports' prices), friendly line crew served us promptly, even in a 150. I'd be happy to go there again.

I called on July 26 and the man that answered the phone said they were open until 5:00PM during the week and to 6:00 PM on Fridays and Saturdays. When I landed after a 4 and a half hour flight at 5:10PM on July 27, nobody was at the FBO and a note was on the door saying they were closed for the weekend.

April 15th, 2007, stopped for a short visit and got immediate access to the courtesy car even before ordering fuel. The FBO closed at 5:00 but arrangements were made for returning the car and paying for fuel. Very helpful people!! We will be back. Thanks.

Cheap gas -- cheapest I've seen in a long time. Can't say the folks are very friendly -- I showed up right at closing time and seemed to be a bit of an inconvenience to them. The FBO is on the far southwest corner of the field, and it's hard to see until you're almost there because the military/L3 hangars.

Small but clean and friendly facility. Fuel prices are best in the DFW area by far. Good runway and NAVAIDS. Tower manned M-F during the day. A good place to stop east or west bound. Don't be bothered by the GVT ID. There is a government contractor there but FBO and service open to public. John Kellas

Tried to stop in for fuel on July 29 and were informed that they were out of 100LL. Suggest calling ahead to check fuel availability since they are one of the lowest priced FBO's in the area.

GREAT FUEL PRICE, prompt service, web-based weather access, friendly tower, easy in and out. Plenty of aviation eye candy, i.e. cool heavy USAF aircraft being serviced at airport.
