As a single engine aircraft owner, I was very impressed with the service provided on our recent visit to Phoenix Goodyear Airport. They arranged for us to have a rental car and pull it up to the aircraft right after shut down. The line crew greeted us and provided fuel on the spot. The office staff was very courteous and professional. Had all of our paperwork ready for us to review. Overall one of the most pleasant experiences we have received at any airport. I will come back again and use their services.

Had to divert inflight due to a severe thunderstorm at DVT & PHX. Jim & the PM crew took excellent care of my bird and our passengers, making room and pulling our Pilatus into a hangar seconds before a dust storm enveloped the airport. Always a pleasure doing business with Lux Air, whether planned ahead or last minute.

Easy to find parking, friendly line attendants at every hour of the day, very pretty interior building very clean and well lit, multiple places to sit and take a break, everyone is helpful particularly Kimberly she is phenomenal, the hot sauce is hot and makes a fun gift

Flew into KGYR for a meeting. No real need for FBO service other than a few peripheral items. Front desk staff was cordial. Lounge area was impressive. Will recommend FBO to fellow aviators.

I've been a customer of Lux Air for many years now. After a recent lunch flight up to Goodyear from Tucson, I felt a need to post another comment about how exceptional they are! Tim and crew at Lux Air are second to none! Each and every time I arrive in my small airplane, I am made to feel as though I am a VIP! I truly appreciate Lux Air's friendliness, professionalism, and commitment to customer service! I can't say enough great things about Lux Air! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Lux Air to anybody stopping in for lunch, or staying overnight! This is by far the best, friendliest, and most comfortable FBO I have ever been to, and by this I mean nationwide! Thanks Tim and crew!!

Flight from Atlanta to San Francisco. Many airport choices for refueling. This is my second experience at this airport. Starts with a very friendly tower and ground service, followed by excellent customer service at the FBO. I needed Oxygen, and unlike other FBO's a full charge was reasonably priced. They have free water and sodas and assorted snacks. The desk and ground service was timely and friendly. I'm coming back!.

Lux Air Jet Center. Prompt, courteous service, even with single engine GA aircraft. Tim and his team met me on the ramp with my rental car. Arranged affordable hangar space in a brand new hangar for week stay during peak February season. Even was able to meet quickly with local flight instructor in their comfortable briefing room to learn how to best navigate local airspace for sight seeing flights. I was particularly impressed with how carefully the ground crew treated my Lancair when moving it. No hangar rash here. A+. I want to go back.

I would like to thank Tim Berger and the entire Lux Air Jet Center crew for hosting our Sky Kids Charity event on Saturday, April 7, 2018. We flew 141 flights carrying a little over 300 passengers including challenged children, family members and volunteers. Thank you so much Lux Air for your generosity, professionalism and kindness.

Tire blowout at landing Jan 19, 2018 and could not get off the runway. Goodyear airport management was excellent getting a skate under main wheel and had the airplane on the ramp in 30 minutes. Tim Berger, Lux Air Managing partner got new tire and tube within 15 minutes and contacted Mike Fox from Glendale to install the tire on Saturday. Outstanding service by everyone. I highly recommend this airport, Lux Air and Mike Fox.

World class service! Whatever you need, they can get. We used air conditioning, power cart, fuel, scissor lift, forklift, golf carts, hangar space and more. They treated us like kings and valued customers. Can't say enough. Stop in and talk to Tim to get anything you need.
