I've flown in and out of the PHX area repeatedly, and I can honestly say that the folks at Lux Air are the absolute best. There's not enough room to write all the details on how the helped me navigate through some problems I had during my visit, but suffice it to say that these guys (and gals) are first-class, and I mean everyone from the front desk (Haley) to the GM (Ryan) to the line crew. If you're going to Phoenix, land at GYR and go to Lux Air. I assure you won't be disappointed.

Flew with my family enroute to the Phoenix Children's Hospital. Called ahead to make sure a courtesy car was available and Susan was very helpful. When I arrived the service was top-notch. Haley made sure I was all set up and made my transition very smooth. When we found out we would have to stay over night, Haley was amazing and even let us keep the courtesy car overnight!! The next morning we had the car back around 9:30am and once again was treated with the utmost respect! They even gave my son some gifts to help cheer him up!! ALL-AROUND top-notch service and highly recommended!! Thanks guys!!

First timer and we will be back, and not just for the density altitude long runway. Very friendly service and get the job done attitude. Lux Air got the Hilton shuttle to pick us up, prompt service the morning and went beyond to get us serviced with a bit rarer Turbine Mineral Oil. Mil 1010 Lux Air got Jet Race 55 back on the way to Reno. Spirit of Freedom

July 19, 2011. Very friendly and helpful on phone looking for information and an airport to fly into and stay for a few days. Great service and support while we stayed. Everyone was anxious to help and accommodate us.

From the time we landed until the time we left, the staff was beyond excellent. Our Beechjet broke and we were at Lux Air for an additional day. The staff went above and beyond every second we were there anticipating what we might need. If every FBO that we go to were ran this way, our life as professional pilots would be much easier. I cannot say enough good things about the Lux Air crew. They have service dialed in. Thank you to the entire crew. We look forward to seeing you on the next run to Goodyear.

We landed at KGYR 10 minutes after Lux Air's closing time. Luckily one of the line crew guys, Robert, was still there and gave us an exemplary and super friendly service. Never for a moment did we feel rushed by him and his assistance was extremely helpful. Pleasant, professional and friendly service. We will be back for sure!

Arrived in the PC-12 with prior arrangements made for fuel and vehicle rental. Line person was not aware of the vehicle rental or previous fuel order. Counter personnel never heard of AIRBOSS discount so I had him check AirNav.Com and there it was! Returning for second stop and will see any changes. Great weather!!

Came in during a race event. FBO & crew were well organized, friendly and above all, helpful. Thank you, gentlemen! Departed after tower closed; tried local TRACON number and FSS clearance line with zero results. Thought we'd p/u airborne. PHX Departure uncooperative: Lazy, not busy. You're better off exiting Class B and contacting ABQ Center (ZAB).

Great stop! Staff was professional and attentive to our needs. Arrived in our Gulfstream Commander 1000 and received prompt service. Nice facilities and easy access to the western Phoenix area. Great job!

Got weathered in, which does not happen often in Phoenix, by a big rainstorm. Crew was as happy to see us as we them. Great service, gave us a ride to a local restaurant and great crew quarter facility. I will be back, but this time in good weather I hope!

Came in just after the FBO had closed. The lineman was still fueling local aircraft, he stopped what he was doing marshalled us in, unlocked the FBO got us a rental car. He went out of his way to help us. Great Job!

Flew my RV-4 to GYR for a quick visit. They had me fueled very quickly with friendly and personal service. They have rental cars for $9.95 to use for a few hours. Easy in and out airport with small town service in a big city.

This is a great FBO with excellent service. We are in a Cheyenne II and have been basing out of Lux Air GYR for several days. These folks are top notch! Great service that is quick and courteous, and the line staff is very knowledgeable. Very nice people. Thanks.

Dear Mr. Berger: I had the pleasure of visiting Lux Air at the GYR airport while flying my Hawker 850 on April 28/29, 2009. I'd like to say that your staff there is very professional from the Manager, Ryan Reeves to the CSR Hillary, to the expert Line Service provided by Art and Mike. Mr. Reeves takes great pride in his job and has an encyclopedic knowledge of the history of the airport. Additionally, he is a delightful person. Was in Phoenix last week and I have to say the service and people at Lux Air were First Rate. We stayed for the weekend this time but I will start to use them for fuel stops in the future.

Cheers to everyone at Lux Air for a great experience this past weekend for the NASCAR races. Our rental cars were waiting for us planeside, a ride to the helicopter for our passengers was also in place and anything else we needed was fulfilled with a smile. There are two gentlemen at Lux Air that went above and beyond our expectations. They were Val at the desk and Ian working the line. These guys were awesome and helped us out with arranging catering, giving me a tour of the flight line and making sure we were able to taxi out safe on a very crowded ramp. Kudos to them and Lux Air.
