I've been into Aero Air several times in a business Jet and I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service that I received. Whether you're flying a Cessna 152 or a Gulfstream V, the line staff treats you like the valuable customer that you are. The CSRs at the front desk are professional through and through, but jovial and fun as well. They really care that you leave happy with the services provided. Aero Air is a member of Paragon Aviation Group. Paragon is a network of top FBOs around the country. Basically, Paragon means two things to me: Great fuel price, exceptional service. Every time.

Aero Air is far superior to Hillsboro Aviation, by mistake the rental car reservation was made at Hillsboro Aviation and as a result we parked there overnight. First red flag was the dump of a terminal/FBO building. Second red flag was the guy parking me nearly caused me to turn into a parked aircraft, if I would have followed his directions I would have hit the other aircraft with my nine million dollar Phenom 300. Finally on the return the next day the gate was wide open with zero security, someone could have vandalized or stolen my aircraft within a minute or two. After I loaded my aircraft from rental car for about 10 minutes and I was nearly done an employee finally showed up and asked if I needed help and I said he was a little late and I was basically done. He did not even say he was sorry for providing no help or being tardy. Truly makes you appreciate Aero Air, as my experiences with them are the opposite of this disaster at Hillsboro Aviation.

Excellent FBO. Very nice people and a beautiful, easy to get into airport. The controllers really are helpful here for my 182 in IFR. Only downside was the rental car from Enterprise. It was more like a crew car, but that isn't the FBOs fault. Just tell them you will take anything but the Chevy Aveo.

I arrived on Monday the 18th of June in my Mooney.. The line crew was very patient as I explained the small turning angles of Mooney’s and how easy it is for a Power tow to destroy the nose gear truss. They were attentive and understanding and took good care of my plane. Inside I was given a crew car to get some lunch before my ride arrived. They had it on the ramp on Friday when I was ready to leave. Unfortunately I had to stay a little longer due to weather. The desk crew checked on the Hertz car I ordered online and were helpful all the way. Wonderful service. My plane was also fueled up to the top as I requested when I was ready to depart.

Flew my RV7 in today and received great services as I expected based on previous reviews. Topped off with 25 gals, below their minimum but they still gave me no problems about taking a crew car for a couple of hours, despite the fact that I ran over the 2 hour timeframe by a bit. They even put my plane in the hangar when the wind picked up a bit. I definitely recommend Aero Air if you are visiting HIO.

Used Aero Air for a quick stop to visit a client in Portland. They had my rental car waiting, and got me on the road quickly. Service was excellent. The field was IFR, and I felt that it would be easier to get into and out of HIO without delay (compared to PDX) - in retrospect I think that the decision was a good one (and I would do it again).

After staying night at KPDX for business, flew into KHIO for fuel before proceeding to Sunriver for vacation, then home to Colorado Springs. Low IFR prohibited planned cheap gas stop at Starks Twin Oaks (7S3). As it turned out, I mistakenly taxied to Aero Air, the most expensive at KHIO, $5.98/gal. However, they price matched cheapest on field at $5.59! Their attitude was fantastic, and service even better! Next time I'm in Portland area, I will make the same mistake again... Thanks, Aero Air!!!

I flew my RV-7A from Virginia heading to Seaside, or and had to divert to Hillsboro due to weather. Ashley Pelham was extremely accommodating and arranged to have the airplane in their hangar for 3 nights. All the staff I encountered was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have visited a lot of airports across the country and Aero Air provided the best service I have ever encountered. I would recommend them to everyone no matter what size aircraft you are flying. Thanks for the great service.

Arrived Sunday evening 7/24/2011 in a Citation for a fuel stop. I called just a few hours earlier and Nikki (spelling?) gave me a great quote on fuel and provided friendly service once we arrived. Your lineman was quick to greet us and had the fuel truck ready. We were off the ground in <20 minutes. We look forward to returning!

Fantastic service and maintenance as well. Aero Air gets better rates at local hotels than Intel. They've negotiated no drop fees when renting a car and dropping at PDX. Highly recommended.

Came in late last night because they were the only FBO open on the field! First class all the way! The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice! Have stooped in several times this year, twice in the past week. This is a first class facility, nice people, good line crew and because they had to refuel over the wing, made sure that the splash was contained. Didn't hang the fuel hose over the leading edge like so many other facilities. Fuel price was very good and Aero Air is my choice for quick turn or layover.

Stopped over for one night with our PA-32R. The line crew was efficient and polite. The Hertz rental car was waiting, just as Ashley at Aero Air said it would be. We topped off the tanks, so no tie down fee. Great service. Highly recommended FBO.
