Would just like to say that the $50 overnight fee for a single Piper is a bit much and not the service it use to be.

I should have posted this a long time ago. In my last few flights to the Portland Metro area, I have had to land at PDX a number of times and all ways make it a point to go out of the way and see the folks at Aero Air. The customer service is over that of other FBO's and the extra start up/shut down makes it well worth it!! A special Thank you for the Great Service from Amber Davis and Line Support...

On March 2, 2006 I was returning home (TIW) from a long cross-country in Central Oregon. I decided to refuel at Aero Air without hesitation because of the excellent service received during the first visit. The bar was definitely set high the first time due to extraordinary service, including quick refueling and turn around times, amenities, and helpful line representatives. Unfortunately, the second time just did NOT add up to the first. I arrived late in the evening as I did the first time. However, this time there was no line representative to meet my aircraft, slow turn around time, and difficulties with accepting payment. Apparently the credit card reader was "broken." What's worse is a month later, payment for fuel still hadn't gone out (statement arrived by mail). I will NOT be returning to Aero Air. And Timmy the line guy should be FIRED!
