After staying night at KPDX for business, flew into KHIO for fuel before proceeding to Sunriver for vacation, then home to Colorado Springs. Low IFR prohibited planned cheap gas stop at Starks Twin Oaks (7S3). As it turned out, I mistakenly taxied to Aero Air, the most expensive at KHIO, $5.98/gal. However, they price matched cheapest on field at $5.59! Their attitude was fantastic, and service even better! Next time I'm in Portland area, I will make the same mistake again... Thanks, Aero Air!!!

Great service from the Aero Air staff tonight. I parked my 172 to deliver a rescue dog to its new family (through Pilots N Paws). Nikki and Keith were terrific, helpful, and friendly. Highly recommended!

First class FBO, arranged a hotel with shuttle service for my late arrival and early departure. Very helpful staff and line crew.

I flew my RV-7A from Virginia heading to Seaside, or and had to divert to Hillsboro due to weather. Ashley Pelham was extremely accommodating and arranged to have the airplane in their hangar for 3 nights. All the staff I encountered was very helpful, friendly, and professional. I have visited a lot of airports across the country and Aero Air provided the best service I have ever encountered. I would recommend them to everyone no matter what size aircraft you are flying. Thanks for the great service.

Top notch FBO with professional service and staff. The CSR team could not have done a better job to help us with our needs. The line crew is equally professional. Fuel price was excellent. Aero Air will be our stop when back in Portland.

Arrived Sunday evening 7/24/2011 in a Citation for a fuel stop. I called just a few hours earlier and Nikki (spelling?) gave me a great quote on fuel and provided friendly service once we arrived. Your lineman was quick to greet us and had the fuel truck ready. We were off the ground in <20 minutes. We look forward to returning!

Fantastic service and maintenance as well. Aero Air gets better rates at local hotels than Intel. They've negotiated no drop fees when renting a car and dropping at PDX. Highly recommended.

Came in late last night because they were the only FBO open on the field! First class all the way! The ladies at the front desk were extremely helpful and nice! The fuel price was great and they had a car to use so I could grab some food. Line guys were very professional. I'll be back for sure. Thanks!

Have stooped in several times this year, twice in the past week. This is a first class facility, nice people, good line crew and because they had to refuel over the wing, made sure that the splash was contained. Didn't hang the fuel hose over the leading edge like so many other facilities. Fuel price was very good and Aero Air is my choice for quick turn or layover.

Stopped over for one night with our PA-32R. The line crew was efficient and polite. The Hertz rental car was waiting, just as Ashley at Aero Air said it would be. We topped off the tanks, so no tie down fee. Great service. Highly recommended FBO.

I was there for a business project today. They're a top-notch facility all the way around. Very nice and very professional line and desk folks, management is great, and they have great transportation alternatives (including offering a ride to Portland's MAX line, short-term crew cars and reasonably priced rental cars). This is my new stop of choice on the West Side of Portland.

Nice place, good service, plan on buying fuel or paying a $50 parking fee, even for 3 hours, did save 10 cents using AirBoss!

Flew in for Labor Day weekend in my SR-22. I was the only one on the ramp when I arrived on Saturday morning. The lineman parked us and got our car. The woman at the desk said Hertz had failed to drop off a car, despite my reservation, but she had gotten a car from Enterprise for me! When I returned on Monday, the Cirrus was parked right in front of the entrance, gassed up and ready to go. In general, great service, nice FBO. I never felt like they were a "jets only" kind of place.

I received prompt, courteous, and professional service from Aero Air on a recent trip there in my Mooney. They did not charge a ramp/parking fee for a night's stay, with fuel purchase. I will return if I'm stopping at HIO again.
