Robinson offers a $0.20 per gallon discount for cash. Just paid $5.58 with good, prompt service.

These people are great! Ask and you will receive attitude. Pulled vehicle out for pax, helped with bags, everything a great FBO should do. Been here 3-4 times over the past couple of months and always the same great service! No problem with running the crew to the hotel either.

Very helpful and friendly. We flew in at night. Unfortunately they're not open 24/7 so we had to wait till the morning to top it off. Since the weather closed in on us we had to wait till afternoon to leave. Lineman (Chris) drove me to get the breakfast. Very helpful and polite. Front desk person let me borrow the AFD a couple times with no problem, as I didn't take mine. We'll definitely be back! Great airport and great service!

Most expensive oil change in GA. Be careful if you use Robinson Aviation for maintenance. While the mechanics are excellent - their billing practices are suspect. I was charged $245. For an oil change. After a promise the bill would be corrected - it never was. Now I have just had another oil change and they have charged me $345.65 with 2.5 hours of labor. I am based at HVN and have used Robinson for years, but unfortunately this is my last round with them.

Parked at Robinson for a quick 10 minutes on a solo cross-country. Inadvertently ended up parking in a spot designated for "flight school aircraft" (though unmarked) and was told next time to park on the east side of the ramp. A flight school Cherokee came in behind me and had me move the plane I had just parked so he could park the Cherokee there instead. Be sure to park on the east side of the ramp, otherwise, the help was great! Line service came right out to ask if I needed anything.

2 thumbs down!! No crew car and they will not drive you to any of the famous pizza places. Taxi was right at $36 round trip. Terrible business practice and thus we put about 1/2 the fuel in our BE20 as usual. Next, ordered fuel and was told the fuel truck would meet me at the aircraft. After awhile, a line guy shows up and says we have a Lear coming in and will fuel you after we park him. The Lear lands and a few minutes later there is no fuel truck. However, 3 guys were busy trying to tow a Cessna. After saying something to the desk they radioed someone and fuel truck shows up a minute later the Lear fires back up and the truck pulls off. Finally the Lear moves out and they start fueling 12 minutes after finishing they bring the fuel ticket in so I can pay my bill. Ended up taking over 40 minutes to get 150 gals of JetA and pay the bill. I got no apology from the manager, only "I wish we would have gotten your fuel order sooner". Save yourself the trouble and go to BDR for cheaper fuel!

I have used Robinson Aviation for the past 3 years for Annuals. Top notch, fair priced and good turn around. The line staff is superb and the facilities are clean. Would recommend this FBO as one of the best around the North East!

Flew into New Haven recently and had a great experience with Robinson Aviation. Very friendly people. Gave us a ride to Avis. Will definitely return.

We've kept our Mooney at Robinson Aviation for the past two summers while staying at our home on the shore. Can't say enough about the great service provided. Paul and the rest of the line, office and maintenance staff has simply gone out of their way to make us feel welcome and have accommodated every one of our requests professionally and courteously. Looking forward to returning for the 2007 season.

Flew into Tweed-New Haven for the day to visit friends. The approach to Rwy 2 over the Ocean and harbor were wonderful. New Haven's Controllers were very helpful with cheerful directions in the air and on the ground. Robinson's staff answered as soon as we called them on 122.95 for parking instructions. A lineman who assisted us with parking and tie down met us. He took our fuel order and fueled us while we unloaded. He was polite and used care around our bird. Robinson's offices were modern, clean and well run. The planning area was well kept with a computer and phone right at hand. All in all a very pleasant experience. We will be back. Thanks for a nice day Robinson.

While visiting friends in Long Island I made a stop at HVN for fuel ($1.00 less per gallon than on the other side of the Sound). Service was excellent. Lineman parked me, took the fuel order and the truck was there in a minute. Inside the facilities were very nice and the personell helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

This was my second experience with Robinson Aviation in as many years. Both times, I had no problems getting in and out efficiently. My fuel order was filled just as specified, and the overnight tie-down fee was very small. The people behind the counter were professional and courteous. Having said that, the service beyond fueling was non-existent. Both times, no lineman appeared to show us where to park. This last time, I wound up tying down the plane myself - I just didn't get the feeling that it would get done otherwise. I can recommend this FBO as a place to park and fill up, but don't expect any service beyond that.
