OUTSTANDING service! Marshaled me in, took my bags and walked them to the waiting van to transport me to the rental car counter. Staff sure understands the value of customer service! Great team in ICT!

We have stopped here several times, good service always. Most recent visit held one suprise, the rental car from AVIS we used 5 hours we were charged a total rate of $103.70. CSR recommended AVIS, I would recommend Enterprise @ $48.00 a day.

Exceptional service. Attentive, courteous, extremely helpful. Offered me a ride when they have time. Facilities start wearing off a little, but all in all my preferred FBO. 24-hour operation.

Stopped in July to show a King Air owner a new one. No one met us to park. Airplane was badly misfueled and fuel was spilled all the way down the wing to my nacelle and no one bother to clean up the mess and it took an hour to quick turn. OK. Write it off as a bad day. I'm back 9/26 in a King Air 350. I'm parked next to the terminal. They park a Grumman Tiger behind me between the terminal and me. No way to get out without blowing him away. I asked the line guy to come out and pull the GPU. He said just go ahead and start up someone will be out??? The maintenance facility couldn't be better, but the FBO needs a lot of attention to detail. Come on guys! You can do better than this.
