Maybe it was an off day at Yingling...We brought in a Citation V for fuel turnaround. TV wasn't working and nobody knew how to fix/tune it. Minimum amount of effort from the front desk. Plus the cookie plate was nothing but crumbs; that's just mean! We felt like they took our purchase of 450 gal of JP for granted.

At our quick turn here the line crew was helpful and so was the girl behind the desk. They had no issue with my 10yr old doing laps in the hallway to unwind from being stuck in the plane. The WiFi is nice and fast, the seats are all comfortable, and I can't imagine stopping somewhere else on a trip across the country. My ten year old left his Gameboy behind (plugged in to charge), and they sent it home ahead of us. He was so happy at our next stop when they confirmed that it would be in the mail. Great service and a great stop.

I have been patronizing Yingling Aviation for a number of years, and I have never had a bad experience there. I recently spent several days in Wichita, and the service and cooperation from all of the staff was exceptional. Dana and Tom at the CSR counter are superb, and will assist you in any way. Dennis Simmons runs an excellent and knowledgeable Line staff, and Bob Gallop is excellent and well versed in the maintenance and Avionics functions as well. I cannot recommend this place enough!! Wow, sums up our experience with Yingling. We flew in as part of the Cardinal 40th anniversary. They had their act together. Parking was clearly a coordinated event, transportation did not miss a beat and all the staff went out of their way to make the fly-in a success. The facilities have to the newest and finest of any FBO in the USA. I'll say it again - Wow!

Dropped into Yingling unexpected for a generator problem. Called on Unicom 10 minutes out to request fuel and a mechanic. They were both waiting when we shut down. Mechanic pulled the cowl looked around, tightened some wires and got us on our way in no time for a very small fee considering. They provided a crew car to go for lunch. Great service for an unexpected arrival!

Here I go sounding redundant again and as if I own stock in Yingling. I make no apologies, however, when I state without reservation that this is absolutely one of the best FBO's around. From line service to counter service to flight planning amenities, fuel prices, etc., no one does it better than Yingling. They set the standard for all other FBO's.

I have been using Yingling during my Flight Safety Training since the early 80's. Great facility and service. Only $5 / night to tie down a Baron. Obviously, that is why they have been in business this long. Didn't need any, but bought courtesy fuel just the same.

Stopped at ICT on an Angel Flight, and never having been there before was glad to hear a cheerful, friendly voice on Unicom guide me to Yingling. Inside, Krista was again very helpful, getting us a crew car and offering dining suggestions, as well as offering a discount on the fuel for Angel Flight. It was voted the best FBO in the country. We were dog-tired when we arrived, because we had pushed on until the tanks were at reserve. We were trying to make up for the time we lost being stuck at ABQ. They let us leave our battery charger plugged in while we went to dinner. They suggested a great steak joint and let us borrow the crew car. The place is very new, clean and they have computers for you to check the weather. On their advice we called ahead to get a hotel room in St. Louis and selected an FBO with their input. I will stretch a leg to get back to them.

Yingling continues to be one of the best FBO's I have ever been to. Helpful linemen and counter personnel are far above average. Arrived on Monday the 10th and told them I would be leaving on Sunday the 16th. The plane was pulled up by the door Sunday without a prior reminder call from me. Still the top of the line FBO with service exceeded by none.

We needed a hangar overnight due to severe weather moving in where we base (our FBO was closed at the wee hours of the morning we are talking about). Laszlo at Yingling was great in accommodating us. The next morning, Thomas the Customer Service Manager really rolled out the red carpet for us. Yingling helped us when no one else seemed to be able or willing to help. Thank you Yingling!

Stopped on August 18 while en route on a coast-to-coast cross-country flight in a C206. Excellent service with accommodations made for an overnight stay during a tropical storm rain and thunderstorm. Fine facility and personnel.

Absolutely perfect. The best FBO I have been in. If there were stars they would get five. They recommended dinner (Scotch & Steak), topped off the plane, were cheerful all the time and made us feel at home on our way across the country in a small plane (DA40)

I was one of about 100 Cessna pilots who flew into ICT for the Cessna Pilots Association gathering for the Cessna factory's 80th anniversary open house. The wind was howling, but the Yngling folks very efficiently moved us into a protected place and tied us down immediately. They handled duel and payment efficiently, gave us rides to our hotels, and repeated when we flew out to Independence to the Cessna factory there. When the wind died, they tugged all the airplanes to more accessible parking spots that were more convenient for departure. Everything about their service and facility was first-class.

I was in today in a Piper Lance. The lineman parked me right at the front door, fueled me with 40 gallons and I was on my way. The lineman and the lady behind the desk were great. This is how an FBO should be run.

I've used Yingling for years, because they treat me the same when I'm in my Dakota as they do when I'm flying my boss's Citation V (as they should). They have deals with two local hotels.
