Great little airport. My son transfered to Ft. Hood and we flew in for a housing search. FBO guys very helpful and took care of my rental car return.

I recently relocated here from the Houston area. The airport is well maintained and not very busy. The people at the FBO are nice and helpful. The fuel is the cheapest around and the pumps are well kept. If you need to stop in the area this is a good place.

Had to park twice this month at Skylark Field. The FBO was in excellent shape and the employees extremely helpful. Advantage Rent-A-Car dropped off a vehicle there for me each time and the folks at Skylark coordinated its return. With 100LL still below $5/gal, I highly recommend this place.

First time at this airport, and what's not to like? It's clean and comfortable and the staff is courteous, friendly and helpful. Also has the most inexpensive fuel for 600 miles in any direction. Adds up to winner in my book.
