Recently stopped by for quick turn for fuel and GPU start. Haifa and Amanda at the front desk were very friendly with outstanding customer service. The FBO is physically very appealing. Prices are excellent. I highly recommend them. A FANTASTIC experience for both pilots and passengers.

Did an unplanned tech stop there yesterday. The best service possible. Snacks provided free for ten passengers, lovely facility, and two absolutely stunning CSR ladies. Truly worthy of a stop just to say hello.

Had a great experience at Aero Center in Lakeland FL this past weekend. Really looking forward to using them at ILM where I've had to pay high prices with suspect service at the other FBO.

Extremely happy to see an end to Modern's monopoly at ILM. I hope this FBO causes overall ILM improvement and lowers prices for fuel and overnight fees for "the little guys".
