Nice facilities and very helpful. Crew car wasn't working but Casey gave us a ride to the terminal to pickup a rental car. Would definitely recommend this as a stop. Thanks!

Stopped here for fuel and to wait out the weather. Requested 26 gal in each main tank of a C421. Very young line guy (only one working at the time) filled the aux instead. Didn't know how to tow the aircraft, moved my chalks while fueling and aircraft moved into the grass! Get professional employees working here and then I'll reconsider. Until then I'm sticking with Air Wilmington the next time I land at this airport.

Fantastic service by Brooks @ Aero Service in Wilmington NC. He tied down the plane & refueled aircraft within 10 minutes after arrival. He walked me to my rental car & carried a bag too. The next morning Brooks handed me a bottle of water for the return trip & lastly he pull out the GPU as stupid me left the master switch on overnight. Brooks & Aero Service are the best!

Arrived at the published opening time of 7 AM on 26 June and cooled my heels for 15 minutes until someone showed up. Then discovered that the plane had not been topped up as I'd requested by phone the day before, causing further delay. I've had good service here previously; I hope this was just a fluke.

Flew into ILM for a service call at a customer site. Aero Service was prompt and courteous. Rental car was ready, no tiedown fee, and fuel price average. Will be back.

PA32. Spent a week at the beach with the family. Rental car was arranged and delivered to the plane. AirNav fuel discount, no fees of any kind, attentive service, and a nice facility. Thanks!

Brooks, Matt and the other Aero Service folks do a great job to provide top service for even piston singles. Mention AirNav and get a discount on fuel. The city apparently taxes the fuel at a high rate, hence the high price. Ramp fees waived with our fuel purchase. Not sure the minimum.

We arrived on Wednesday, March 16th on our way from Orlando to Nashua. This is among one of the best FBO's I've ever encountered. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay extremely pleasant. The line crew was fantastic, I can't say enough good things about them.

Taxied to Aero Services in a PA46. We were marshalled to a parking spot and after we placed our fuel order, we were told they would give us an unexpected fuel discount. When we were informed that the courtesy car was down for a brake job, the manager Brooks Roach took us to McDonald's in his personal vehicle! We are returning to KILM in a week or so and will definitely return to Aero Services.

Great FBO. Do have tie-down fees but I was told they'd be waived for 10 gallons avgas in a 172. Then told any amount. Then ten seconds later told to forget the ramp fee whether I purchased gas or not. Awesome attendant. Will choose again.

Spent Christmas with relatives in Wilmington and stayed 4 days. Service was excellent and staff all helpful and courteous. Despite the fact my sport plane could only handle 10 more gallons they waived ramp tiedown fees with that small purchase. They have two locations on the airport and I used the North one which I think is keyed to transient aircraft.

GA pilots taxi on by Air Wilmington, and to Aero Services North, unless you are a corporate pilot and someone else is paying your bills. The leadership/ownership of Aero Services (Ken Vojta) is reasonable and works with you on fees. Avgas prices are another thing; that's more of a Wilmington issue, not FBO - until the City of Wilmington actually pushes to keep avgas prices down here, such as the City of Monroe (Charlotte).

X-Country from Jackson, MS in a C-182. I used Aero Service North. Very happy with their service. Knowing I was going to arrive late on a Saturday Night - maybe after their 10:00 p. M closing time - I called ahead and talked to Matt, concerning my late arrival and rental car they had arranged for me. Not to worry, they would wait for me. Then, I did arrive at 9:20 p. M Nick (Nick at Night?) welcomed me, marshalled me in and drove the rental car to the plane, helped me with my baggage. I bought fuel. They were much help when I departed Monday a.M. I would definitely use them again.

Flew my A36 Bonanza into ILM on 24 July 2010. As we taxied in to park the line guy at Aero Service north tried to marshal me into an impossibly sharp turn. I stopped short and he said he'd move the plane into a tiedown spot as we were staying for a week. I gave them my cell number in case of issues. The next day my boyfriend returned to the plane and one of the line guys casually mentioned they'd broken the tow pin and that they'd broken other Beech's tow pins in the past. He said, "They break all of the time." The Beech is designed to have the tow pin shear off during too-tight turns during towing, to prevent damaging the retractable nose gear. I called the FBO on Monday and talked to a manager who was very apologetic and said a mechanic would be out there Monday afternoon to fix it. I never did get a call from them on the cell number I gave them. I believe they would never have told me they'd broken my tow pin if my boyfriend hadn't happened to stop by before they fixed it.

Sean was very helpful, one of the best linemen I have encountered. Matthew was also very helpful. Clean facility, very friendly for the single engine transient.

Everything I look for in an FBO and more. Lineman greeted us on the ramp with chocks, tied down the plane, brought out the rental car, assisted with luggage and the cabin cover, provided directions and even called the competing FBO to see if they had charts I needed. Very nice facility and very friendly, helpful service.

Overnighted at ILM for our trip to Carolina Beach. We chose Aero Services because of all the good comments on AirNav; we're glad we did. If you are fortunate enough to arrive while "Shawn" is on duty, you'll be well taken care of. He tied us down, helped us with our luggage, arranged our rental car, gave us directions and a general run-down on things to do and places to eat in Carolina Beach. We didn't try Wilmington Air, but can't imagine how they could top the treatment we got at Aero Services. Thanks, Shawn!
