Reserved a car a week prior with my Emerald number and even called 20 minutes out on the flight to request the car planeside, the car was not there when I arrived and I had to present my id, credit card etc., even after I had given my Emerald number. Normally most locations are spot on but this experience was anything but.

Visited twice this weekend to pick up and drop off passengers traveling commercial. I was provided with the crew car to drive to the terminal with a smile. Fees and fuel prices reasonable for a large airport will be returning whenever friends fly into KIND.

Poor Management of High Volume of Aircraft. They are highly disorganized and loose paper work. I was dropped off at my Learjet 60 and after no less than 19 requests for a GPU I still did not have one. I faxed them, wrote them a letter, called, and told the line guys, CSR no one followed through. There is no accountability and everyone points at each other when they fail to perform.

Never met a Million Air I didn't like! Fuel price was a little steep...But that's the big city for you. The line guys and the young lady behind the counter were friendly, helpful and pleasant. I always choose Million Air over any other FBO, especially at unfamiliar airports, because of the consistency of their operations.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed on our visit. We called ahead and upon blocks in requested a hangar and fuel. Got the fuel but didn't get the hangar till 90 minutes later and after the rain and hail had passed and sun started to come out.

Car was waiting for me; friendly, efficient service. FBO is in the middle of an upgrade/remodel to Million Air standards so it's a bit of a mess right now.

Flew in on 8/17 to drop off a passenger for a commercial flight. Marshall’s were waiting for us, helped my passengers off the plane, and took her bags inside. They shuttled her to the terminal and I went to settle the bill. Ramp fee was waived even though we didn't take fuel. Facilities are truly first class facilities and they treated my Cherokee and me like we were a G5. Will definitely be coming back here next trip to IND.

We arrived at Million Air late in the evening to pick up a passenger at the main terminal. While they had a crew car available, the line person volunteered to drive us to the terminal and then returns to pick us up. (It was after midnight) To top it off, the ramp fee was waived even though we didn't purchase any fuel. It's a beautiful facility and I look forward to my next visit there.

Hands down one of the best FBO's I have ever been to!! I flew in with my baron 55 and could not have been treated any better. Everyone that works there are all extremely nice. I honestly have nothing to complain about and their courtesy car is quite nice as well.

Our Cessna 206 was the small kid on the ramp, but the service was as if we were in a G V. Everyone was most accommodating over the July 4th weekend.

I cleared customs at KIND and then walked over to Million Air. Very convenient! They offered to tow my Bonanza to the FBO so I didn't have to hassle with a hot start. Impressive! Then they gave me the key to the crew car! I was blown away! You must stop at Million Air just for the car! I bet it's better than what you drive at home! Oh, yeah, and the service is excellent, too!
