Great service and nice people. The lineman met me at the ramp with chocks and a fuel truck. Small FBO but nice comfy facilities. The woman in the office was very nice. Be sure to check out the Pasada Inn and the "Standing on the Corner" memorial downtown!

When making Unicom broadcasts, I was asked if I would be needing fuel. The Fueler met me at the fuel island. In the office, I asked if he had 9 volt batteries for sale. He found one remaining in a two-pack that he had purchased and offered it to me free. Very friendly and efficient service!

Landed KINW enroute to KVGT (North Las Vegas.) Wiseman Aviation lineman Willie called on the Unicom with an unsolicited weather update. I informed him we would need top-off and quick turn due to weather. He met me at the excellent tiedowns, topped off quickly while we got burritos to go from the excellent on-site Mexican food joint. Willie then walked over to the restaurant and got my AmEx card to process the order while we snacked on chips and soda! It was a very convenient and fast turn. After departing KINW, the weather deteriorated over the Grand Canyon and we turned back and landed KINW. I tied down in 40-knot gusty winds and Willie got us into the courtesy car and recommended La Posada hotel, which was a great choice. All in all, this was a great experience and I would highly recommend Wiseman Aviation and Willie Pyle (sp?) to pilots heading over this Route 66 destination.

Fuel is reasonable ($4.11, not dirt cheap, but not bad. We paid between $3.50 and $4.00 at other fuel stops on this cross country trip). There is food on the field (Mexican), which was the big draw. Not too many other places to stop in the Four Corners area with the combination of easy in/out, decent fuel price, and decent food...

Took my wife to Winslow for an overnight at La Posada. It is a very interesting hotel and the dinner was outstanding. The airport is good but be careful of the gravel on the taxiways and ramp. The tie-downs are really nice with an excellent concrete parking pad and good tie-down chains. One runway (4-22?) was notamed closed but there were no X's on either end of the runway. Wiseman personnel were very courteous.

Landed at Winslow simply because of the more reasonably priced self-service 100LL. You need to follow the signs to find the pumps but it is worth it. Card reader, ground line and fuel line worked well. I really appreciated the Port-a-Potty. A quick in-and-out. Next time I will try the restaurant.

Make frequent trips from TX to CA, and stopped in here for the first time. Good fuel prices, great service at the FBO and a quaint little Mexican restaurant attached to the FBO. Very good experience!

We stopped at Winslow on our way to KVGT from KHOB. A very nice gentleman greeted me as I stepped out of the plane and gladly added the requested amount of fuel. The lady inside was professional and very courteous. The facilities are nice, the fuel prices are great, and the people are friendly. We were back in the air within 25 minutes. I will definitely stop at Winslow again!

Found the pump on the other side of the FBO, price was good. Porta-potty beside pumps. Good spot to stop. Prices good for the region.

Self Service a little hard to find but the Card Reader / Pump works well. Also, Port A Potty conveniently located next to the pump.

Landed at Winslow-Lindbergh Regional Airport on the way to Burbank Ca. Used the Self-service fuel pump. Very good price for the region. The FBO was very welcoming and accommodating. Will make Winslow a standard stop when every possible. Thanks to everyone at Winslow.

Great stop, service was fast, fuel was a tad high, but not outrageous. Quaint and authentic Mexican restaurant right on site, GREAT food, and friendly people. Southwestern theme, hope to stop in again.
