These people say they "want to earn your business" and they did just that on my way to and from Oshkosh 2013. Easy in/out except for some temporary ramp construction that took a little rerouting on the ground. Easy once I figured it out. Self-serve pump was convenient and worked fine. People inside were as friendly and helpful as they could possibly be. Had some trouble finding a hotel due to a big convention in town, but they called around until they found me one. They let me use a courtesy car for the night, which made it all really easy. I was so pleased I stopped there for gas on my return trip.

I stopped in on 07/23/13 for a Lifeline flight. The gal behind the counter was busy talking to someone (not sure of he worked there or not) but a line guy asked if I needed anything. Very friendly atmosphere.

On July 5th my niece and I landed IOW around 7:30pm after a two-hour flight. On roll out my left main tire went flat and we were stuck on the runway. There were aircraft inbound and a couple ready to depart so I was quite anxious to get my disabled 172 off the runway. I was so relieved to see a truck heading up the runway and a tug not far behind. It was Kirk and Nick to the rescue! They carefully, but quickly, got the aircraft off the runway and allowed waiting aircraft to land and depart, then moved my 172 to the maintenance hangar. On the way I informed them that we had intended to depart the next day at 2:00 to get my niece back to work Saturday evening. They contacted the maintenance manager who arranged to have a mechanic come in on this day off so we were able to complete our trip as planned. Thanks to Kirk, Nick and Jet Air Maintenance for their courteous and quick response!

Stopped in today to take a look at a tractor about 10 miles west of the city. I had a great experience with the FBO. Both Debbie and Matt made my day by printing me out a map on how to get to my destination and directing me to a place to eat. The FBO van was one of the nicest vehicles that I have ever used. Thanks Jet Air.

We received excellent service from Jet Air and Michael when we spent the weekend in Iowa City recently. Thanks for the ride to the hangar in a heated van and the help getting our plane loaded.

What a breath of fresh air to experience the excellent service and low fuel prices given to us. The staff completely and undeniably lives up to their motto, "We want to earn your business."

Absolutely awesome customer service!!! My wife and I were spending a weekend in the Amana Colonies. We used to fly into Cedar Rapids and park but now that Landmark has purchased P. S. Air, you get ramp fees no matter where you park and the fuel is in excess of $7 per gallon. Fuel here was $5.60 for self serve. The guys behind the counter were very friendly and helpful in setting me up with my rental vehicle. We will be back!

No tie down fee. No ramp fee. Great guy at the desk really hooked me up... Allowed to camp, courtesy car to get something to eat and drink. Yes the self-serve pump is difficult to read but doable. Would absolutely stop here again.

Very helpful front desk. Fuel price very competitive. Courtesy car available. Need to replace the plastic window to read instructions on SS, as it is very scratched and difficulty to see.

Overnighted and tried to get ready to take two customers on a trip south. The line guy was very helpful. However, trying to get any help, I.E. Ice, papers, coffee from the girl behind the desk was a chore. She displayed her negative attitude each time a request was made. This seems to be a trend with regard to previous comments. I will not be spending any of my own money there with regard to flying my Cherokee on days off.

No overnight fee with fuel purchase. The FBO was not very welcoming though - no one came out to greet us or provide guidance on where to park. Ended up finding someone inside but I think we were bothering her by being there.

I totally agree with the previous comment. On a recent trip to Colorado I stopped at Jet Air in Galesburg on the way out and at Jet Air in Iowa City on the return. Both times the staff was efficient, courteous and helpful. And the fuel prices were good, especially at KIOW.

On 08/14/11 I took the family to visit downtown Iowa City for some fun on a Sunday. It was busy as everyone one was moving their children into the college for the year. Put fuel on board and was lent the crew van for the afternoon. Great service and we had a wonderful time. I have always found Jet Air to be a very good FBO, I have been to their Galesburg, Muscatine, and Iowa City locations and have always been treated very well even through I am driving a Cherokee that is older then I am. :-)

Nice airport, great service, and very helpful and professional staff. The courtesy car (a van) was big enough to haul the six of us. Thanks!

I was ferrying an aircraft across the country this month and had to land for weather ahead. I taxied in the same time as a Jet and never felt more welcome as a small piston. I topped off and waited for an hour to see what the weather was going to do. During this time I utilized the facilities and found them to be top notch. When the weather wouldn't go away they let me borrow their crew car for the night without even a flinch. Weather was still bad the next day, Again, The car was available to me. This FBO is one of those that make it a pleasure to stop places like this. Their "We want to earn your business" is the most accurate statement I've heard about Jet Air...Overall and absolute gem among FBOs!

The Iowa City Crew (Matt) gave us an exceptional customer service! Nothing better than a smiley face and YES "I can help you" attitude. My husband and I flew a Cessna 150 from Key West, FL (EYW) and planned to spend Christmas in MN (SGS). Unfortunately, we got caught with the bad weather and decided to spend the night at Iowa City. Let me tell you what made Matt such a special FBO Guy: He was professional, friendly, smart, helpful and any other good quality that you can describe a person. Anytime that we come this way, we will make sure that we will stop at this FBO. Do not think twice to try out the service at IOWA CITY FBO.

I've parked at Jet Air on four separate occasions now and had a really good experience this weekend. I had to divert to KIOW on Friday, while en route to KCOU. It was shortly before they were closing on Friday and one of their staff members offered to let me take the courtesy car out overnight. They also gave me the numbers of some hotels, which they had deals with and they offered to make a reservation for me, but I declined hoping to couch surf instead. It has a very good atmosphere for an FBO and I always enjoyed the day I flew in for the PSU game, that also happened to be homecoming. They do have a fuel discount during game days, I want to say it was at least 10 cents a gallon when I was there. I had the option to divert to Cedar Rapids, but my experience with the FBO, city and airport previously made IOW the easy choice.

Spent football w/e in IOW. Nobody met us until we were at terminal. While friendly, no real interest in helping. Need to increase passion for customers and aviation. Friend told me "it wasn't like this when he learned to fly here".

Pleasant, well organized airport. The real treat is the Alexis Park Inn, a refuge for GA pilots. Worthy of a visit.
