We had a medical flight in the middle of the night we called NY Jet and they responded quickly to our needs and were waiting on the ramp when we got there way to NY Jet! We also had a couple of day time charter flights and found Bonnie to be very helpful in many ways and what a nice personality too. Thanks again.

I flew to Islip and dropped my passengers off. NY Jet had the FBO vehicle ready and waiting to take my passengers to the terminal parking lot. I must have had half a dozen line men help me unload bags from my Piaggio Avanti. Thanks NY Jet! A true FULL SERVICE FBO!

Outstanding service! I was met promptly by courteous line folks who assisted us with carrying bags and getting the plane squared away. They treated me as if I was in a GIV and not the 1967 Mooney I fly. I also had a mechanical issue en route and their mechanic, John, fixed the issue the very next day and for a fair price. He even gave me a contact number to call him on the weekend if I had any additional problems! Mid Island is THE example of how an FBO should operate. I will visit again and highly recommend others to do the same.

Came up from DC in the early afternoon just prior to a big storm and was met by a great line staff who got my plane promptly fueled and safely inside the hangar ($50/night and worth it). Got delayed a day due to weather and the FBO was very accommodating to my every need. I definitely recommend this FBO and will definitely come back. Fuel prices are competitive for the area. Top notch all the way.

Great FBO, They go above and beyond the normal FBO's. We had a maintenance issue at 7:15 am on a Monday morning. (Temp 11 above) Helped with our problem and assisted us in getting into a hangar and back into operation. Even when we could only take minimum fuel. Everyone here, from the CSR's to the line personnel know what it takes and do a fantastic job. Give them a try you will not be disappointed!

The service here is very friendly and professional. Everybody made me feel very welcome and I was able to relax and get ready to continue a busy day. On arrival I was offered all the help I could possibly need while on the ground and the place feels homey and clean. Thanks to the people that do the good work there.

New York Jet, by far the best FBO @ ISP airport. We have used them several times and will be back. The line service is fast and friendly and I can not say enough good things about the staff, especially Bonnie. She helped us out with car arrangements after a long day of flying in bad weather and made our stay totally stress free! Thanks Bonnie & Crew!!

This place is where you should stop. Bonni Van Camp is very helpful. The services are top notch. You would think you were somewhere in the South not the Northeast. Try it sometime when you’re up in the Northeast. You'll be pleased. The commute time to and from the city is about the same as if you were to go into TEB or EWR. The prices are much better. New York Jet is a great FBO! My flight department goes into KISP about 4 times a year and we really enjoy the staff at New York Jet. Bonni and Tara are great CSR's always looking for ways to help you out. The ramp guys are incredibly professional and very aware of every need that you might have. It is just a great place to visit.

I had some problems with weather getting to NY and the crew helped me with hotel, car and a very late arrival. I could not make it that night and they worked with me on my new plans. When I finally made it everything was waiting. I have been flying into FRG for years and now will never go back.

I have been using New York Jet at ISP for several years. This FBO has it all together. Bonni Van Camp is the Corporate Services Manager and always makes me feel comfortable, even in my single engine plane. Crew cars are generally available, reserve in advance if you can. Bonni and the crew are always very accommodating. From my perspective, there is nowhere better to go when visiting Long Island!

Came in for a meeting at a nearby hotel. Very accommodating and helpful. I highly recommend this FBO. Overnight fee waived with fuel purchase and very nice courtesy cars.

These guys redefine FBO service. I was in for just a few hours on business and they topped off my Bonanza with just a few gallons, provided me with a crew car, directions and a smile! I felt bad not spending more money with them! I definitely will be back! ...And recommend them to anyone asking!

Flew into KISP and had a great expeirience with NY Jet. From the linemen that met me and offered help unloading to the first class treatment at the desk with my rental car. Spent 4 hour's working in the lounge, everyone was extremenly helpful....Great FBO

Used the services of Mid Island on December 18th. Staff was very accomodating and friendly. Parked for several hours - no fee was charged, fuel was purchased. Would not hesitate to use this facility any time.

Flew into Islip Airport for a 3-night stay in Hauppauge for training. Was met by Rich Wagner upon arrival and the assistance with the rental car and directions to the hotel was great. Rich was very interested in helping us and taking car of the airplane. The tie down fees and fuel prices are reasonable given the NY location. I would use New York Jet / Mid Island Air Service for any trip to Long Island. It's a pleasure feeling welcome when traveling. A 5 star rating as FBO's go.

As corporate pilots we first went to a competitor on the field and after waiting 2 hours to get a lav service done we went to New York Jet. So now every weekend during the summer since 04 we have gone to New York Jet. Bonni has been extremely helpful in getting hotels, rental cars or use of crew car during the weekend. The ground crew is one of the best at any location we go. Each time we pull up they have a lav cart, ladder waiting, and car waiting for us. Any pilot would be impressed with the quickness and professional service of the ground crew. We would highly recommend them to anyone visiting Long Island Mac Arthur Airport.

Seems like a nice place. However, I would caution about the $60 per night ramp fee.

The $60 per night ramp fee is for a cabin class aircraft eg: King Air, Pilatus, Caravan etc. Single engine eg: Cessna's, Piper's, Bonanza's etc. is still only $10 per night with first night waived with fuel purchase. Our ramp fees, as well as our fuel prices, are the lowest on the airport (KISP).
