Enterprise car rentals local again

Enterprise car rental defrauding customers. The FBO manager is responsive but the positives end there. I had reserved a car through Enterprise. No problem with the car but when I got the bill, the local office had added a $100 "Miscellaneous Charge". I always use the AOPA Enterprise FBO reservation system and bills have always been to within pennies of the quote. This time, I got the bill by email and it had this $100 "Miscellaneous Charge". I called the local number, which started a long process of them trying to ignore. Finally, they say that they believe they can add any charge for any reason and that the matter is closed and they will not discuss it further, no matter what the quote says.
