Flew in Jul 3 08 Once again great service. Lineman offered line car before we even told him we would buy gas!! Picked up 13.5 Gal 100 LL took crew car to get something to eat as restaurant was closed at 2pm on field. Great service from all the help. Best FBO I have been to and believe me have been to my share of them!!

From John Porter on 24-Jun-2008
Very nice FBO service. Recommended and set up lodging. Very friendly staff. Fun to run into Willy again.

From Peter Sterling on 03-Feb-2008
Great service. The best FBO I've dealt with. Came in right before the Super Bowl crush. Parked my 172 in front and took care of everything. The Enterprise desk had my car and I was off. I had to leave at 10:30 pm and it was very convenient that they had someone there (they are open 24 hours I think). Thanks and keep up the good work. I'll be back.

From Art Goold on 28-Oct-2007
Stopped in on a Sunday with my son to buy fuel and have breakfast but unfortunately the restaurant was closed. I walked over to look at another aircraft and a uniformed attendant ran up behind me and asked me if we had badges. I said no but we had just flown in. He said it did not matter, this is a "secure airport" and we were only authorized to walk from our airplane to the FBO. We walked back to our plane and left.

Jan 21. NBAA trip. Enterprise had car at the ready and the CSR was friendly. Parking was waived. Overall a good stop.

From Rick Gooch on 31-Dec-2006
Great service. Enterprise Rental Car desk on site. Very helpful with everything we needed. The line guys even loaded our bags into the rental car.

From John Hughes on 26-Dec-2006
Very good service topped off my RV-6 with 26 gallons of 100LL and one of my two-night $7.50 ramp tie down fee was waved. Also said they could hangar my RV for $29.00 a night. Enterprise has a rental counter on site. I'll use them again. Main selling point being the service and ease of getting a car onsite.

From Kyle Preston on 30-Nov-2006
Impeccable service, I got weathered in and came here, these guys are friendly and accommodating, was ask at least ten times if I would need anything, hotel, crew car fuel, and for the area the fuel price isn't bad... Awesome all around! Highly recommend this place

From Jerry D. Anderson on 28-Sep-2006
I chose Williams merely due to it being an old USAF pilot training base. I was really pleased as I had excellent service and had a really nice lunch at the attached cafe. My wife who is hard to please even liked the stop. I will say, you need to be on your toes. The airport is busy place with 3 really nice and long runways. Lots of traffic, but I will stop there on my way back East this weekend. Excellent stop for service and lunch.

Haven't been into IWA in about a year or so. Flew in today. The FBO was great. Remodeled from the old place EXTRA friendly people!! (How did line man know we were coming? must be magic!) I feel guilty for not buying fuel. Came down from an E25 flight. Then to SDL. Lineman gave us bottled H2O place is great will make sure I buy gas next time. And get something to eat!!

Response from Craig Herget, Gateway Aviation Services
Mr. Daugherty, thank you for your comments and welcome back. We are making many changes at Williams Gateway Airport and Gateway Aviation Services that I hope you and others will find helpful to improving your flying experiences. That we may, in some small way, have made your recent stop more pleasant is truly gratifying. We all hope to see you and have another opportunity to serve you. Warm regards.......Craig

From Ron Larson on 04-Jul-2006
We stopped at IWA for fuel and to pickup and drop off passengers on July 3rd and 4th. I was very impressed how clean the facility was. All the staff was friendly and very helpful. Fuel is reasonable priced. We were able to get really quick turns around with no hassle. I highly recommend IWA as a place to stop and fuel in the Phoenix area. The runways are long and smooth. It is very easy to get in and out with much less hassle than other Phoenix airports.

From Kevin Jensen on 14-May-2006
Excellent FBO and wonderful maintenance through XAir next door. XAir troubleshooted in a fickle left wing strobe light and then didn't charge me a dime! Yes, the fuel is higher than Chandler but the excellent service, facility, and time in Phoenix airspace makes KIWA the only choice for GA pilots!

From Timothy Hurd on 30-Jan-2006
Stopped in for a brief layover on Jan. 28, 2006. This was our second visit to the airport. Both times we found the facilities to be good, the staff to be friendly and had no problems whatsoever. They even let us take a crew car so we could go get a bite to eat. Overall a great experience.

Response from Craig Herget, Manager
