I flew the RNAV25 to mins getting into KIWI today to pick up a friend, When Kim greeted me on the ramp, even though the clouds were still low and dark, the sun came out with all it's glory. Kim is the kind of person that makes GA the wonderful world that it is. Her personable service and friendly smile is what defines GREAT customer service! She's the BEST!!

Visited in July 2013. Kim was very helpful the MOMENT I pulled up to the ramp after landing. She helped me pump the self-serve gas (for the record: the cheapest 100LL I have ever purchased) even though I tried twice to decline her help after feeling guilty about it being SELF SERVE and VERY CHEAP! Parking was VERY reasonable (my stay was only a few days so the parking fee was waived). Nice facilities inside. I would ABSOLUTELY come here again, without a doubt! This was one of the best GA experiences I've ever had. Thank you!

This is one of the friendliest FBOs I have ever seen! Kim greeted us with "Welcome to Maine!" She took me to the Enterprise car rental so we had our car in record time. She was very helpful in terms local travel guide info: Campgrounds, hotels, eateries, etc... The fuel is 24x7 self-serve and is very reasonably priced.

Flew in on the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Couldn't have had a better experience. Kim was friendly and helpful, and provided a crew car for a few hours so that my wife and I could go to Boothbay Harbor for lunch (I had called the night before to see if it was available). Facility is clean and new, and the fuel prices are a buck less than my home base! Wiscasset and its surrounds are picturesque and quaint. A wonderful way to spend a day. And flying to KIWI is a great way to get started! We'll be back!
