Nice folks behind the counter... But, 100 gallons minimum at $6.50 for a single engine turboprop or $310? I just needed to land and spend a couple hours, didn't realize I had to put the owners kid through college, or buy 2 hours of gas for my 1:30 trip.... I won't be back, there's very capable competition nearby.

Sorry but although the counter people were nice a $310.00 ramp fee is a little steep for a pc-12. Was there for 1 1/2 hrs. Left and came back later that day to be charged $185.00 pick-up / drop-off fee. There are other airports near by. These prices will run people off. Good luck her airports close by. These prices will run people off. Good luck.

Refueling service was prompt and the desk personnel were nice and helpful. I knew the fuel prices going in but had to go there because there were no rental cars at the other Jackson area airports. They told me to give them a heads up before I returned for departure and they would have the airplane pulled up. I called but found the plane parked all the way across the ramp when I got there. On departure, I was charged $10 per night for parking, even though I refueled at a cost of almost $200. Only one night of the parking fee is waived for a fuel purchase. There was also the $5 "security" fee. FYI, the building is not at ground level so hauling baggage to the airplane involved two sets of stairs. I normally use Madison Air Center at KMBO instead of KJAN and will do so in the future, even if I have to call a taxi to get me to a rental car location. In summary, Atlantic at JKAN provided average service, but at a premium price.

15 gallons minimum fuel purchase @ $6.70 p/gal, or a $40 ramp fee, then a $5 "security fee" tacked on the bill without prior mention. Nice people, but....

I've landed here twice in the past 3 months. First, was a semi-emergency when the airplane started running rough. It was a weekend. Atlantic had the mechanic out within an hour. Mike took great care of us and did a good job repairing the airplane. We did not fly back to get the airplane for several days, and we were not charged any sort of ramp fees. I flew in there a few days ago (in a different airplane) with my young daughter, Emma. The ladies at the desk and Emma entertained each other while I made sure my passenger was taken care of. They recommended a great place (Mississippi Children's Museum) to go while we waited for the passenger. I would recommend this FBO to anyone without reservation. Even though we did not take on any fuel, we were treated great and were not charged any sort of facility fee. A+. Oh, and by the way, the recently remodeled facility is beautiful.

We flew into KJAN on my long cross-country for my instrument rating. They gave us a quick turn and friendly service. Fuel was a little pricey, but their facilities are very nice.

My recent experience here was fantastic. Flew in with a single, parked right upfront. Offered to help with bags. Found us a great price on a rental car, and all staff was extremely friendly. They left the plane out front so they could plug in the engine heater with only a $10 night tie down and first night waived with fuel purchase. Upon departure offered us the conference room for a business call we had to make and offered us refreshments while in there. Felt like a jet driver with the service. All staff was fantastic.

Atlantic FBO`s are always great, but when possible I have to avoid them. I planned a stop at JAN today, but will go to another airport due to the fees. Trying to keep a corporate flight dept. Flying in today’s economy is hard enough without paying exorbitant "handling fees". Using space on a public facility is not necessarily being "handled". I think we all understand to cost of doing business, and modest fees should be a part of that.

My Cessna C150L N117WJ is tie-down at KJAN using Atlantic Aviation Services. I will not complaint anymore about the $80 that I pay each month for parking my plane there. Not after reading about them charging $100 for one-night tie down and the ramp fees. I will count my blessing.

Make an emergency landing due to a fire in the cockpit at KJAN and the folks at Atlantic were most helpful in dealing with the passengers, the airplane and me. They deserve a pat on the back for helping when it was needed. THANKS!

Man this place is expensive! Tie down for one night and a quart of oil for $100! Do your homework before you consider this place.

Bettie Pate, a stellar employee, may well end the reign of Betsy Vines of Meridian FBO at TEB, who has won best customer service agent in the country 11 or 12 years in a row now. Bettie provided spectacular service, way beyond the call of duty. She provided quick, accurate, immediately responsive, solutions to my needs ! ! She is both a credit to herself and to Atlantic as an example of leadership. If I had my way, I would promote her to CEO of Atlantic ! ! ! Officers of Atlantic, you should provide this outstanding individual a large pay bonus and move her into a high leadership position immediately. As we say in the fighter pilot business, she has the "Right Stuff". Bettie, congratulations on both your phenomenal attitude and spectacular service. Thanks,

Very pricey!!!!! I visit 2 or 3 weekends a month and have started tankering fuel into or short hopping to Hawkins or Meridian for fuel. I would rather pay the ramp fee and parking than to pay OVER $1.00 and most times $2.00 more plus the fees.

Stopped long enough to pick my wife up and when leaving was stopped by the desk clerk. She told me that since I did not buy fuel I owed a ramp fee. I asked how much and she proudly replied " FORTY DOLLARS." As a FBO operator I understand expenses of operating a business. I also understand hitting someone with an excessive ramp fee is a way to say "We really do not want you here." I did not take on fuel since I was 13 minutes from my airport. Do not worry Atlantic I will not be back. Next time the wife will have to meet me at Hawkins or Madison!!!
