I received great assistance from Chris at KJHW. After filling my tank and taking in my card and bringing back the receipts to sign, my battery was dead and I needed someone to swing my prop (Cub). Chris stepped up and although relatively inexperienced at it, after a few swings he was able to get me going again. His attitude was a credit to the FBO there, and I will stop there again.

As promised, stopped again, this time on the way home from OSH. Same friendly staff and great service. Got the OSH discount on fuel and use of the crew car to grab a pizza. Thanks Jamestown Aviation!

7-2-2010: Superb service at James Aviation. We overnighted in Jamestown enroute to Niagara Falls - a smart and cheaper plan than staying at IAG. I emailed three days ahead and Len arranged to have someone at the FBO there after hours to meet me. He also got me a special rate of $75 at the Hampton Inn, saving me $100 for the two rooms I'd already booked. This is the way an FBO should be run - we'll definitely be back. Kudos to Len and Ryan!

Great people. Line person (Rob) was at the plane before I hardly got shut down to take luggage to gate. Line people were very friendly. Even drove us to Hampton Inn for our stay. Thanks again, we'll be back.

Landed @ JHW on our way to Oshkosh. Very nice FBO and friendly staff. Offered an "OSH discount" on fuel and had us on our way quickly. Will definitely be back.

Flew in with a friend on two gyrocopters. Since our gyros have open canopies and we didn't have tarps to cover them, we were a bit worried about leaving them out in the open on the ramp. But the weather was fine with no precip forecast. Rob, the airport attendant, didn't know about our worries but offered us free hangar space for the night, where our two little whirlie birds kept a CL-41 company. When asked which number to use to call a cab, he offered us a crew car and recommended us several good hotels. Rob was super friendly and I want as many people as possible to know that KJHW has a great asset in him. BTW, the hotels close to the airport are both very nice but pricy (150 U$). Driving downtown we found a Radisson just as nice for 50 U$ less. I'll definitely come here again!
