Great people. Line person (Rob) was at the plane before I hardly got shut down to take luggage to gate. Line people were very friendly. Even drove us to Hampton Inn for our stay. Thanks again, we'll be back.

Landed @ JHW on our way to Oshkosh. Very nice FBO and friendly staff. Offered an "OSH discount" on fuel and had us on our way quickly. Will definitely be back.

Flew in with a friend on two gyrocopters. Since our gyros have open canopies and we didn't have tarps to cover them, we were a bit worried about leaving them out in the open on the ramp. But the weather was fine with no precip forecast. Rob, the airport attendant, didn't know about our worries but offered us free hangar space for the night, where our two little whirlie birds kept a CL-41 company. When asked which number to use to call a cab, he offered us a crew car and recommended us several good hotels. Rob was super friendly and I want as many people as possible to know that KJHW has a great asset in him. BTW, the hotels close to the airport are both very nice but pricy (150 U$). Driving downtown we found a Radisson just as nice for 50 U$ less. I'll definitely come here again!

I called on Labor Day to see if the airport restaurant was open - it wasn't. The folks at Jamestown Aviation Co suggested I come in anyway and take the van into town. They had it ready for me when I arrived and provided directions to La Herradura (good Mexican food, extremely friendly staff). My offers of contributing to the crew car gas fund were declined. Nice place to visit, very friendly people. Will definitely be back.

Nice FBO and crew. Lent crew car over night. Can't ask for better people.

Arrived in pouring rain for a passenger pickup, who was lost getting to the field and Rob was most helpful in directing, giving info and even pulled my plane into the hangar (unsolicited) so that we were able to load up without getting a drop of rain on us. The pilot lounge is most comfortable and the fast computer in the briefing room allowed us to expertly keep track of a fast moving storm front. He's the best in a first class operation. Try 'em!

Awesome Service. On 7-1-2008, we came in to the FBO a couple minutes before they closed, hoping to get into the restaurant. The restaurant was also closed. The person operating the FBO offered to stay late while we took the courtesy van into town to get something to eat, since we wanted to kill time for a night flight back home. Thanks!!!!!!

Diverted to KJHW from Rochester, NY, due to weather. Very nice facility and the FBO is tops. Great service, very nice folks, nice grill that will fix you breakfast or lunch, and very reasonable fuel prices for NY. Good stuff.

Stopped in on a business trip. Arrived right at closing but was handled as if mid-day. Rental car mixup so they let us take the crew car. We arrived late morning for our departure. It had started to rain so they had pulled the airplane into the hangar for our preflight, even let me get in the plane prior to pulling out of the hangar, not that I was in any danger of melting. Great service, very professional, friendly, and helpful.

We stop into JHW about 2 or 3 times a year. The service is usually good, but this last time it was even better. The lineman directed us to a spot right next to where he had pulled up the waiting rental car. When it was time to leave, the plane was pulled up steps from the door to the FBO - without us even asking. Very friendly service!

From Milton Josephs on 03-Aug-2007
One of the BEST FBO's I have been to. Great service, friendly and most of all, 'nice'!

From James Wacker on 06-Jul-2007
Fly in lunch, friendly staff and a great fish sandwich!

From K. Davis on 29-May-2007
Very nice facility! Flew in on Memorial Day and when our passengers were late, the lineman/FBO stayed open for us! Thanks will stop again.
