Flew into Tune for a long weekend/ conference and line personnel met us promptly...They even brought our rental car out to us. Upon departure the SS pump was not working and they still honored the SS price out of the truck. Great service the way it should be!

Great FBO! Did some time building from Memphis. Flew in didn't need gas. Asked about local places to eat and was given a free ride to the restaurant. Got back to the plane and left free of charge. Will definitely visit again.

I fly into Tune regularly for business, and have received top-notch service every time. This airport and FBO are among the best anywhere.

This is a good place to stop in the Nashville area. They have a very nice facility and are very helpful in providing transportation to local hotels.

Had to duck into JWN due to a very nearby tstorm (thanks flightwatch!), and when I taxied up, line service was there to meet me in heavy rain and lightning. They also took a group of 6 to a local restaurant in the storm and came and picked us up. They let us use the pilot lounge until the storm passed, and we didn't even buy fuel. Great FBO highly recommended

Was in Nashville for the day. Corporate Flight Managements facilities and line personnel are outstanding! This FBO is a hidden gem. Airport facilities are also super. The most discriminating pilot will give this FBO very high Marks!

I certainly appreciate Tune service. I wish that they would get their fuel price to a point where they are competitive instead of being known as a 'pricy' airport. Other than that, Tune is a great place for excellent service and attention to the GA pilot and passengers. Merry Christmas, Tune!!

Simply put, it was VERY refreshing to fly my PC-12 to an FBO that really had everything going on perfectly! It has been a long time since I have had such pleasurable and professional service as I had here. If other FBO operators are looking for a place to show their linemen how do things right the first time, I would strongly recommend them coming here! I could go on and on about these folks, but it would be better to just go there and experience it yourself! Thanks guys!

Flew in for a Civil Air Patrol meeting on June 7. Line crew ready and helpful. Facility modern and clean. Refueling done per my instructions and ready at 11PM when I returned. I would go back and save $1 per gal on gas along with the good service rather than BNA. :-)

WoW!!! Don't find service like this much any more. Absolutely grand and superior by line crew, CSR's and everyone else. We were made feel like home, and even during our 1AM departure we had support all the way. What a great FBO and airport this is. 24 hr service, awesome!

My first visit: April 13-15, 2007. Everyone with whom I came in contact was courteous and professional. The facility, though small, is nice and very clean. An enjoyable experience overall.

One of the nicer FBOs I have been to. Had rental car ready when I arrived, and arranged an extra nights stay due to weather. No problems

Previously, over the past four years, I have chosen John Tune airport as my airport in the Nashville area. Most everything has been adequate. Previous to landing at JWN I phoned with a catering request. Five people with BBQ lunch on the return flight. I thought lunch for five was a bit unusual with a total price, charged by this FBO, $102 and some change. When catering arrived there was lunch for six, not five. I phoned Jim & Nick's BBQ restaurant direct, gave them my order and was told it was sold for $66.00. I understand a profit but a good gypsy screwing is not what I wanted. You never forget being taken for especially when fuel is purchased at an FBO that consistently charges all it can get. If you expect service with an attitude and unreasonable charges, go here. This is not for me. I only wish Connie would have returned my call.

Good service. 100LL $5.25 gallon, plus $5.00 per night tie-down fee. Prices seemed a little steep for an airport this size.

This is one nice airport! Corporate Flight Management made sure our rental car was waiting for us and took care of the drop-off. If you're visiting Nashville this is the place I'd recommend.

Great experience. Prompt service, reasonable rental car ($27/day). Line personnel picked up on subtle but potentially very important aircraft problem - very impressive, and kudos to Richard. Convenient to Nashville as well. I'll be back for sure.

Stopped in for an overnight stay in Nashville March 18, 2006. Rental car was clean and ready, $49.00 a day. The young lady at the counter was very helpful with maps and directions. Line people filled plane and put her in a an overnight spot. I called 30 minutes before we left for the airport the next morning, our wonderful 310Q was pulled up to the front of the FBO. No problems, good visit. Will use again.

Generally very helpful and friendly FBO. Location is superb for access to Nashville and surrounding area. Fuel prices are typical for SE USA, so make sure to use a fuel program or contract. Line personnel are eager and helpful. The only minor negative is they won't lend you the crew car, however they will provide transport for food etc.in the local area. I'd recommend this airport and FBO for anyone with business in the Nashville area.

Arrived at night and was quickly marshaled to a parking spot. FBO provided the ropes. $10/day tie-down fee, which was reduced to $5/day with fuel purchase. Nice facility with good flight planning area and pilot's lounge. Line promptly fueled airplane in AM and rental car was hassle-free. Friendly staff that helped with directions to Nashville's local attractions.

Service was excellent! Even on Christmas Eve! Line service offered heated hangar to thaw out our plane if necessary, but we didn't need it. Fuel very pricey, however fuel purchase waived tie down for our entire stay (4 days) Great service makes the high prices a little easier to swallow. Will stop again!

TERRIBLE! To bad they are the only FBO. We came in on a Sunday late afternoon, 4 guys working. We bought 400 gallons of jet fuel. We had 2-3 hrs to kill so we asked for a crew car to get some food. Wouldn't let us use the crew car and they said they couldn't give a ride because they are to busy. In 3 hrs. 3 planes came in and out. Workers just sat behind the desk!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE NOTICE!!! PASS IT ON!!!

Stoped in to check the weather on a flight south and found the staff very friendly. The airport itself is great--a very pretty area and a nice field.
