Second year in a row attending a recurrent training program here in KLAL utilizing my personal aircraft and hosted by Sheltair. Our group usually has 30 aircraft. The wonderful folks at Sheltair LAL are some of the most accommodating, professional folks in the entire GA system! Meticulous care of all the aircraft and unusually, warm customer service!

BELLA FLIGHT flew in for the Sun N Fun Airshow and the team at Sheltair was incredible. Great service and fuel support, professional and a super friendly welcome to passengers upon arrival. The Airshow and flight line support was perfect.

Used Sheltair for paved parking during SNF. Was originally bummed that self serve pump was closed during the show, but Sheltair service more than made up for the extra fuel cost. Line service was well staffed and attentive. Front desk folks were on top of things despite the crowds. Beverages, shuttle to/from show, and waived the fees for the fuel purchase, which was also discounted. Well run facility, thanks!!

I had a three day layover in a Cessna 421. Rental car was brought to the plane and I had plenty of aid in unloading stuff. I drove off without another word. When I returned three days later the plane was tied down, chocked, and the rudder gust lock engaged. Perfect service and extreme care. Absolutely perfect service. Thank you Sheltair LAL

Came in for the December Holiday Sun n' Fun Fly-In. We were parked over by Central Florida Aerospace Academy. We needed transportation to the hotel that didn't have enough staff to run a shuttle. Uber and Lyft neither had drivers and all the cab companies we called seemed to have sub come to COVID and numbers where disconnected. We call Sheltair and the young man that answered the phone, after being explained, said hold on for me. When he came back to the phone a few minutes later he told me he would be right over to take us to the hotel. At this exact moment my travel buddy said let me look at Uber again which now had one driver in the area. Great service at Sheltair here and Whitted Field (SPG) in St Pete!

They are always willing to do their best. Only issue is with rental cars difficult to get sometimes. Michelle she was working at another Sheltair location recently transferred. She is very knowledgeable and willing to help anything. I was extremely impress with her good customer service Thanks Michelle Thanks Sheltair
