  Excellent service from the line to the front desk. They had the rental car ready and pulled it up to the plane. The facilities are first rate. Stayed 2 nights and the ramp fee ($5) per night for a piston twin was reasonable. I didn't see a printer in the flight planning area but computer access was available and the computers were first rate. Highly recommend this airport if you are planning a trip to the area.

  First Class FBO! Stopped in last minute and unplanned - due to the late time we chose to stay the night. After triple chocking the aircraft out of the way and getting a hotel, we awoke the next morning to learn the local cab service was too busy to transport us from the hotel back to the airport. The FBO owner himself quickly drove down and picked three of us up and took us back to the airplane, which had been towed to a nice tiedown spot. The folks at SunAir provided really exceptional service at a modern and clean FBO. I'll be planning a visit to SunAir in my future flights near Central Florida.

  I operate a citation jet for an owner that tips very gracious since he was in the service industry many years. Having arrived on the field, I learned that single engine aircraft were not charged a ramp fee. Since we burned kerosene, we were charged $100.00 ramp fee after I requested to purchase 50 gallons of jet fuel at retail price. Decided not to buy 50 gallons since the $100 ramp would still be charged. As a note, we offered to fly seven young kids from the local community and 100 gallons would exceed my maximum landing weight. FYI we still tipped the line service guy. Job well done. Never hold someone else hostage for another persons actions.

  Stopped in overnight. Very reasonable $5 tie-down for single piston (even with fuel). Arrived minutes before closing and there was someone waiting on the ramp for me. After taking my bag out they tied down the plane for me. In the morning the plane was topped off as requested and parked right out front. The fuel price was very reasonable even for full service (you can save a couple pennies if you go to their self serve). Overall a good experience. This may be the only FBO on the field, but they truly treat you like they are competing for your business.

  Flew my Experimental Harmon Rocket II in for a 5 night stay, they met me at the aircraft, helped me get it fueled and tied down. No hidden fees or rip-offs. Very nice folks inside and out. Hope to see you soon.

  I'm a French pilot, recently moved to Daytona for studies. I did my first American cross country from Daytona to Leesburg. It was also the first time I went to an FBO with a general aircraft (a C172). What a blast!!! The ground personnel is really kind, they have a car they can lend to you if you take fuel, other then the fuel we didn't pay anything. I don't know if it's American standards but this FBO is awesome, and I will come back.

  A wonderful friendly FBO to visit. Each time I come to this area I rent one of their many well maintained planes. Just a neat place to do business. All the folks here are helpful and they have great facilities.

  Stop over at LEE for fuel, self-serve next to tower. Taxied to SunAir, line staff put air in my front tire and cleaned my windows even though I used the self-serve pump. Great service, good fuel prices, nice facilities, I'll be back.

  I enjoyed both Sun 'n Fun AND SunAir. I've been in to SunAir twice in two weeks and each time my rental car was waiting on the ramp for me. The line folks promptly moved my airplane to its tie down spot so that I could cover and secure it. All in all, SunAir offers superb and friendly service and great fuel prices. Thank you, SunAir. I'll be back.

  I returned to SunAir after Sun N Fun. On this visit I found their service to be much improved. The lineman was on the spot and helpful. The men in the office were friendly and service oriented. Good job on your improvements.

  SunAir is the ONLY FBO at KLEE as far as I am concerned. SunAir staff has taken care of me as a customer since basing my A36 at KLEE several years ago. When I call for fuel, I have never waited more than 5 minutes for one of the linemen to pull up in the avgas truck. Other times, when I use their self-serve, the prices are always competitive and fuel is always available. Their maintenance shop is also top-notch and run very professionally by Sam Griner. For me, stability of ownership and trust in management is foremost in my mind. SunAir has been around for over 30 years at this airport, and they have the track record I require when trusting my aircraft to them. Other FBOs may come and go, but I am confident SunAir will be there to take care of my aircraft for many years to come.

  Though I have stopped into SunAir before, this is my first time back since Triangle Aviation opened. Although the employees are friendly they all need much more training in customer service. From tie down to departure I had the feeling that we were an inconvenience to their day. The prearranged rental car not ready, line men hard to find, asking for payment as soon as I walked in the door. It's a nice place with lots of potential, they just need training. My next visit will be back to Triangle.

  I visited Leesburg today (02/21/09) for the first time and had a great experience with your company. The people were courteous, professional and very helpful. I was offered a courtesy vehicle to go to a local restaurant and have lunch. Since I rented a plane and did not have the need to purchase fuel, they still offered me the vehicle. The establishment is cleaned and with extra amenities. Excellent job. Keep it up. I will recommend it to other fellow pilots.
