Can't say enough great things about the linemen and staff. Flew in for the day in a Pilatus, and they had our vehicles waiting for us as we shut down by the front door. Beautiful facilities, great atmosphere, and very friendly and helpful service!

I visited last weekend for a nearby business meeting on Saturday morning. Landed on 30, off at G, very short taxi to AirFlite with THREE linemen waiting. I was brought right to the door, red carpet rolled out, and courtesy car (Prius) ready to go. You'd think I had just pulled up in a new G550 rather than an old piston twin! Ramp fee waived with 10 gal fuel and service can't be beat. Very nice lobby with salt-water fish tanks. Great flight planning room and pilot lounge. Much better than one of the other FBOs on the field, which I used, last time. AirFlite appreciates your business and they let you know it.

I arrived yesterday and left today. Professional, flawless, friendly service by everyone and among the nicest facilities I have seen. Thanks to AirFlite for a most user-friendly experience!

Flew into KLGB as a central location for three days of SoCal meetings. Called ahead to AirFlite and was greeted upon arrival with my Hertz rental planeside, friendly and great service with promise of top-off that day before the rains came. So far, so great. Set up to depart noon Saturday. Drove up from San Diego at 1:30p for 2:30p IFR departure No plane in sight, no re-fuel and no paperwork. I explained the time-crunch (trying to beat weather in LA and darkness in Truckee.) New girl behind the counter tried to get things going with ramp crew and others stepped in to expedite with apologies and hustle (paperwork upon arrival was never filed properly.) Ramp fees waived and base fuel discount given (without request) and more apologies. Bottom Line: despite the snafu, the reaction was spot on, service was great and I WILL BE BACK. Highly recommend these folks based upon their service and more important, their response to rectify the situation.

We visited AirFlite yesterday afternoon and evening. I have never been treated better at an FBO. Everyone was so helpful and cheerful. The service was great and they loaned me a crew car. I'd highly recommend AirFlite.

Flew our Cirrus SR22 into Long Beach for last weekend. Never been there before, didn't know any of the FBO's. AirFlite fuel was a little cheaper. They have beautiful facilities, great service, and friendly helpful staff. We were treated just like "jet" owners.

We stopped here again this year in a C-172SP and the service both times has been outstanding, from fueling to helping with the baggage. The facilities are excellent and the staff friendly. We'll be back.

Just came in yesterday afternoon in our Phenom 100. Excellent service, rental car was waiting on the ramp, people couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Will make this our L.A. Stop everytime.

Wow. That's really all I can say. We stopped by AirFlite for the AOPA 2010 Summit. From the fresh cookies and coffee in the atrium, to the $26/day crew rate on a rental car, to the unfailingly cheery 'What more can we do for you?' attitude exhibited by all the staff, AirFlite went above and beyond the call of duty. We arrived in a Turbo Arrow but were treated as if we'd arrived in a Global Express. We'll be back!

I just completed my first visit to AirFlite for AOPA 2010. They handled the entire operation with symphonic precision mixed with down-home friendliness. I shudder to think how awesome they must be when they're NOT swamped!

We flew our Cirrus N584CD aircraft in for the AOPA exhibit; all the personnel and volunteers at AirFlite went out of their way to accommodate us and anticipated our every need. Our arrival and departure went smoothly and was well rehearsed; the staff was responsive and incredibly courteous. They'll be the FBO we always visit at Long Beach! Thank you AirFlite!

Our crew car was waiting at our parking spot, as was the fuel truck. Our Columbia flew each day for four days with flawless service from the Airflite ground crew. Ramp fees were waived for the purchase of 20 gal per day. Fuel prices were very competitive with the AirBoss card. Highly recommended.

Even though we were only flying our small single engine plane in, AirFlite treated us like we were flying a Gulfstream IV. Red carpets, great service, crew car rate on rental, competitive 100LL Price, babied our airplane while we were gone. They probably have decided to remove the cookies after my son wiped them all out! BEST IN LGB! No competition.

Excellent service even if you fly a lowly C172. Got the red carpet treatment, handled all the bags, returned my rental car for me, and ice tea on a hot day was perfect (I resisted the free cookies). Thanks again to the great people there.

Okay, where do I start? From the first phone call to Greg I felt like this was a good place to park our Kingair for overnight stays. What I got was way more than I expected. AirFlite is hands down one of the best FBO's I've flown into, and yes I've been to many throughout the country. If you want to feel like you're "King of the World" than this IS the place to go. Outstanding service, beautiful building (inside and out), and employees that seem to really enjoy working there, how do I say enough. Alma, Diana, John and everyone there should receive gold stars for their courteousness and effort to make our stay the best anywhere. You will be missing out on a real treat if you don't stop here.

This was my first time back at Long Beach since I left in June, 1974. A lot different than when I was flying/instructing from the AVITAT just south of the ATCT. What wonderful changes in and around the airport! AirFlite is a "world-class" FBO! Their line service and customer service for the PC-12 and passengers is outstanding. We will definitely use this FBO on our return flights.

11/06/09, while in the air on our way to LGB to drop some passengers off, one of our passengers asked if there was a chance of getting catering for the next leg from Long Beach. I called from the plane and with only 40 min notice; the staff was able to have five box lunches ready for us upon landing. Our passenger’s transportation was planeside, two line guys and a CSR meet us at the plane. Their service was way above the normal. I was really shocked when I signed the bill for the catering and ramp fee. Outstanding service, great facility, and catering with little notice for just over $100. You can bet that on future trips to Long Beach we will be parking with AirFlite.

This is the best FBO I've been at in a long time. I've tried the other FBOs on the field, but this is by far, the best. Also, the other FBOs are charging a ramp fee of $300, whereas AirFlite only charged us $50. Again, the best FBO out there. Thanks AirFlite!

To me, this is pretty much the best FBO in the country. I've been coming here for about 3.5 years, and the desk staff and ramp guys have generally stayed the same. In an industry that has a pretty high amount of turnover, that says something about how well Airflite treats its employees, and thus how they treat their customers. If you're flying into Southern California, it's worth landing in Long Beach for this FBO alone.

I had a great experience with this FBO. The linemen were very friendly and helpful. Lobby is immaculate and the girls at the front desk were very pleasant to do business with. I would and probably will come back here again!!!

Just spent a few days there again. They are first class: rental car out to the plane, line people helping you load and unload, cookies in the lobby...
