Mercury FBO met our needs with no issues at all. We flew into LGB short-notice in a Cirrus and stayed for a week. The service was prompt including baggage assistance, ride to destination, fueling, etc. The amenities are clean, up-to-date, and pleasant.

Mercury is a top notch FBO. All staff had a great and very accommodating attitude. They waived the ramp charge because I ate upstairs with three friends at the fancy Italian restaurant, DaVinci Stefano's. But, beware, the restaurant was just terrible. The food and service were both very below par, especially for the price. Don't plan on either a quick turn or a good meal here.
