I flew into KLGU a couple of weekends ago with a passenger and a bunch of bulky camping gear. An extremely friendly and helpful person at Utah Jet Center helped us load up all of our stuff unto his own pickup truck and gave us a ride to a park a few miles away. Then, on a Sunday for our return, I called him back and he came to pick us up, from his house, to give us a ride back to the airport. My non-pilot passenger was simply amazed that there still exists such fantastic customer service in this day and age.

Flew the CE206 in from Jackson Hole for 4 hours, I had called ahead and they were expecting me, gave me the crew car for the time, very nice, even brought it plane-side since we were running late. The car was an older Grand Marquis boat - in good condition and clean, it took me back in time and it was nice to experience the big old cars again for a change. Liked it. Overall good service and will be back.

The people at Utah Jet Service are the most friendly, helpful people I have met, especially from an airport facility that also caters to business jet clients. I arrived, travel worn, in a lowly Cessna 172, and they treated me like royalty. I strongly urge your patron of this fine outfit.

The linemen were super helpful. Offered crew car for run to lunch. Subway just 5 min away. Great place to stop. Jet center owns the self-SERV fuel. Great place to stop. Beautiful view.

Best service around; the guy’s help with parking, tie downs, courtesy car, finding lodging, etc. Also best fuel prices around. And friendly attitude, too!! I'll be back.

Very nice guys at the FBO. Stopped in during a fly-in event, and they took the time to escort my guests out to my plane.

Pretty incredible service. Stopped in to give some people a ride up to Bear Lake. Needed some fuel and a nice place to take a break after flying all the way from Vegas. Great service, very professional. Was impressed and will return.

Simply amazing service!!! I was going to be arriving after closing time on a Friday night so I called to get a code to get onto the airport after hours. They gave me the code and said they would probably be around turning a Frontier Airbus charter. So when I arrived they had 8-10 linemen working to get the Airbus turned, but one of them ran over and got me parked and offered to help me with anything I needed. I said I was fine and went in and waited for some passengers. When my passengers arrived and I was finishing my preflight, some of the linemen brought some leftover sack lunch catering off the charter as well as water bottles for me and all my passengers. They asked once more if there was anything they could do for us before we left. Being a college student flying a 1965 Cherokee, I could not believe the service I received! Cannot wait to go back!

Stopped for fuel. The self-service pump is nowhere near the FBO, at the far end of the ramp. However, they came down in a golf cart without asking and gave my wife and I a ride so we could use their facilities and file a new flight plan. This is an excellent place to stop for inexpensive fuel and friendly service.

Perfect stop. I called UJC on the Unicom inquiring about the use of a crew car. They said they had keys ready and to taxi right up front. We took the car for about 90 minutes. It's a big Detroit boat of a car in perfect shape. Had lunch at the 100-year-old Bluebird in town, about 10 minutes away. Came back and used the self-serve to top off, which was the best price on the field. Thanks UJC!
