We always get excellent service from Supermarine. Best FBO on the field!

From Andy Miller on 19-Sep-2011

Supermarine staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, and they charge quite a bit less for Avgas than the other FBO. No tie downs available yet, but they will be putting them in soon. Marshaled us in to parking place, helped with luggage, gave a ride across airport, etc. Easy access right on the SW corner of the airport, beside the threshold for Rwy 36.

Very accommodating and friendly service! Promptly parked my C172, waited for me with a golf cart, drove me to my meeting (on airport), and even repositioned the plane near my meeting place for departure. Couldn't ask for more!

Another great experience at Supermarine. Got the G6 treatment even though I was in my C-182! Ask Kay about the "Jet Fuel" Coffee! My thanks again to everyone there.

I flew into Little Rock, Arkansas as part of a Black Pilots of America Skyhook weekend in August 2011. The good people at Supermarine provided their airport car so that I could be picked up at LIT. They also offered me and pilot who was taking me to Pine Bluff fresh-baked cookies. I have rarely been treated so well during such a brief stay. They are a conscientious and efficient facility, with a warm and friendly manner.

Once again the service was superior here! Even though I had not been there is some time, they recognized me and gave me the full-press service, all this for a C-182! Beautiful facilities with a great pilot's lounge, easy in and out, some of the best service I've experienced. Also, I would like to give kudos to Central who sent a tech to check and issue on my XM antenna, and didn't charge a dime.

Antwan and the staff at Supermarine went above and beyond to accommodate me. I was weathered in and ended up staying over unexpectedly. They got me a rental car and booked a hotel room. I would definitely recommend them.

A great experience. Very nice and helpful staff and great facilities. I flew in on 10/17/10 and am late with this but am looking forward to heading back there on 4/21/11.

Stopped in Little Rock for 4 hours for a basketball game and were very pleased with our experience at Supermarine. The line guys were (all 3) standing ready to help us upon arrival, the Hertz rental car was ready as promised and fresh-baked chocolate chip cookies were inside. We bought fuel but knew that it was fairly pricey, so planned ahead and bought a less-convenient but smaller quantity. The physical plant was top-notch, well-equipped and would be more than comfortable if you should have to be grounded for awhile. 24/7 business hours a plus. Aside from cheaper fuel, the only wish I would have would to be able to see the namesake Supermarine Spitfire in a local hangar...

Thank you Supermarine especially Kay. They were great to visit with and the cookies are really good. All this and cheaper fuel as well. When at LIT I will make this the FBO to go to.

This airport was my alternate (ARG got stormed out). So when I had to divert here, I asked the tower who all was on the field and I picked this one over Central almost on a whim (strange how the airport diagram points to 5 FBOs on the field). They let me take the crew car over to Central to eat. The Flight Deck's service was incredibly average and slow, but I'm writing it off as an isolated case as I'm reading decent reviews about it. The Supermarine staff was very friendly to this tired pilot who just diverted his entire route right from takeoff and flew 4hrs 15min in a Debonair around over 400nm of thunderstorms! Thank you.

Back again with our C-208 Caravan into their new facility. WOW, we were impressed with great service too! Though we like Central too, the fuel and parking savings moved us to Supermarine when we are in Little Rock.

Beautiful new facilities. Free soda and cookies were welcome before heading out. I'd highly recommend.

Landed at LIT and taxied to Central Flying Service FBO. After waiting almost an hour for a ride to the Holiday Inn Express (next to airport). I contacted Kay at Supermarine (FBO) and within 5 minutes I was on my way to the Holiday Inn Express. Kay and the Supermarine folks went way above and beyond for me and I plan to use them on future visits to LIT! Thanks again for your help! David L. Jones, Pilot R.K.   Visited 5/21/10. Nice new facility. They gave me a ride to my meeting downtown, no charge, and offered to pick me up after. Topped off with 100LL for $5.23/gal with tax. Thanks!

Flew in 3/5 to 3/7/2010. The Friday crew was very accommodating, drove me to the hotel, great service, etc. Someplace in there my request to top the tanks never got completed. Sunday’s crew unfortunately just didn't have it together. Looking for a fuel ticket that wasn't there because it never got done, unsure of how to work the credit card machine, and generally moving slow. Now it was close to 3 pm and I had a 4-hour flight ahead of me and the last thing I wanted to do was to wait while the guys figured out how to do their jobs. As previously mentioned they also don't have approach plates. Anyway for pilots I would recommend calling them ahead of time to make sure they did what they were supposed to do. For the management of the FBO I would recommend a little in house training on where fuel orders go, how to work the credit card machine, etc. It couldn't hurt to stock a few approach plates either. And finally the coffee was very good but lids that match the cups would be nice
