The service and staff at Supermarine were very professional and friendly. Their fuel was considerably less expensive than Central Flying Service. They didn't have any charts for sale, but their staff drove me over to Central Flying Service to purchase them.

No frills... Good service. Lineman met us at the plane, got us a hotel room on the spot. Hotel picked us up in no time. We arrived in the morning to find out plane refueled and ready to go. Nothing fancy, friendly, no hassles and not too expensive. Just how I like it.

Very friendly and helpful crew at Supermarine, and good fuel price too.

Fastest quick turn ever. Great folks, and excellent service! Hope to see these guys again.

Arrived at KLIT Hoping for a quick turn around due to deteriorating weather in Oklahoma City. Looking around the ramp, I was the only non Jet A aircraft there and they were all being serviced by ground crews, thought this was going to be a long wait. Checked in with the fuel desk but did not tell them that I needed to hurry. By the time I filed my flight plan and returned to the desk, they had my ticket ready and I was ready to go! A thirty-minute turn around is great in my book. It was a great stop. As a side note, ATC was working several Jets on approach but worked me in like I was one of the big boys, Thanks KLIT

Flew in to LIT this weekend to visit my daughter. The folks at Supermarine were friendly and helpful and the fuel price was good (for LIT). No tie down fee for overnight. Not as fancy as the other FBO, but you get what you need at a reasonable price!

We have used Central in the past and there are no complaints on their service, but then we found out there was another FBO through AirNav that had much better prices so we tried them. When you buy 100-200 gallons of fuel, it makes a difference! We have been into the other FBO, now called Supermarine (weird name for an FBO) the last three or four trips with our C-208 Caravan. Service and fuel prices are excellent. We are going again this week.

That was the most cordial reception we ever had in an FBO, and we visited 25 of them on this year's tour. We flew in with Cirrus and they cared for us like we were buying 1000 gal of fuel. Got us a rental and a reservation at the Peabody all within 5 minutes. Kay even pointed out some things to see in town. From the lineman to the front desk, we received great service. Thank you guys, that made our stay even more pleasant.
