Treated my C180 like a Gulfstream. Service like this is worth a little extra. Stop here!

Weather caused a divert to Lincoln in my C182. Outstanding professional service. Nice facility cleaned the windshield and bugs off the aircraft. Arranged for hotel and rental car. However, if I had known I was headed to Lincoln, and checked AirNav ahead of time, I would have used the other FBO and saved a bunch on fuel.

Duncan has provided consistent high quality service over the past 8 years that I have been a customer. Every department, every person I have encountered has been very helpful and professional in every way. Thank you Duncan.

I have been going to LNK for years, always used capital aviation which was bought out by Silverhawk, after several visits left feeling like the customer service was getting worse every time I decided to try Duncan. At the time the fuel price was about .10/gallon higher...WELL worth the extra money if for no other reason than the best line personnel on the field hands down, they really treat your airplane like you would. Now their fuel is even cheaper, what a bonus! Will continue to go to Duncan in the future.

I've been to Duncan several times over the years and they have consistently provided excellent & professional service no matter what size aircraft I am in. My first encounter with them years ago, I had a C-150 and they would bring the fuel truck around promptly for the 10 or so gallons it needed, lay out a mat on the wing & wash off the bugs, every time. I asked the line guy why they treated me so well; I'm just a little guy and can't buy much fuel. The answer I got was: “We are trained to treat everyone the same no matter what aircraft you are in. We don't know what other aircraft you also have, like a Falcon, in your other hangar, or what aircraft your friends have. We want that business too. And it's just easier to do a good job every time and not discriminate." What a fantastic policy. Everyone is trained well and very professional in every way. Don't be scared of the fuel prices either. Although prices fluctuate, I have found they are about the same price as other operators in the area.
