  All the personnel we interacted with at Duncan Aviation were top notch: courteous, friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them. (Check out the chocolate mints!)

  Seriously, why are there not more comments about Duncan?? I called the other day to set up our arrival, I talked to Marissa, and she took care of our arrival, rental cars, fuel and departure. A pleasant smile, it went great from rental cars to line people. Duncan was really top notch!!!

  Not a good experience. Arrived for a PnP dog drop off and the line guy tried to park us just behind a departing JET. Wouldn't budge. We ended up taxiing out until the Jet left. Upon our second arrival, the line guy couldn't understand our concern and was very argumentative. On a subsequent arrival, it seems Duncan now has a Ramp Fee - wonder if this FEE is just for my tail number?

At Duncan Aviation we strive to make every customer's experience with us a positive one. We appreciate your comments and have taken a closer look at our procedures to make adjustments in order to prevent similar situations in the future. For years, Duncan Aviation was one of very few FBOs that did not charge ramp and facility usage fees. We value our customers and strive to provide them with the amenities they most desire. But in order to provide the best in services like weather and trip planning, Wi-Fi access, courtesy cars, pilot lounges, coffee, ice and a fitness room, we must begin charging usage fees. The fees are waived for customers who purchase a reasonable fuel minimum.
