I have been going to LNK for years, always used capital aviation which was bought out by Silverhawk, after several visits left feeling like the customer service was getting worse every time I decided to try Duncan. At the time the fuel price was about .10/gallon higher...WELL worth the extra money if for no other reason than the best line personnel on the field hands down, they really treat your airplane like you would. Now their fuel is even cheaper, what a bonus! Will continue to go to Duncan in the future.

I've been to Duncan several times over the years and they have consistently provided excellent & professional service no matter what size aircraft I am in. My first encounter with them years ago, I had a C-150 and they would bring the fuel truck around promptly for the 10 or so gallons it needed, lay out a mat on the wing & wash off the bugs, every time. I asked the line guy why they treated me so well; I'm just a little guy and can't buy much fuel. The answer I got was: “We are trained to treat everyone the same no matter what aircraft you are in. We don't know what other aircraft you also have, like a Falcon, in your other hangar, or what aircraft your friends have. We want that business too. And it's just easier to do a good job every time and not discriminate." What a fantastic policy. Everyone is trained well and very professional in every way. Don't be scared of the fuel prices either. Although prices fluctuate, I have found they are about the same price as other operators in the area.

Landed the Premier I in 20 kts wind at -11C temp. The Duncan people were out and ready to help even though they must have been freezing. Nice people and facility.

We arrived on a Friday evening around 8 pm in a Twin Commander. We had called by phone and then on the Unicom to confirm our arrival, yet they didn't seem prepared for us. The rental car was not on the ramp and digging it up took some time. Everyone was friendly and we did manage to sort things out, but it took an extra half hour with a tired mother and two kids drumming their fingers in the waiting room. When we returned in the morning, the airplane had not been fueled as requested, resulting in a further delay.

Stopped for a top off in LNK on 12-7. Had a great customer service experience... Friendly front desk, good catering and quick fueling. Will return the next time we are passing through.

Our PA-30 hasn't had a paint job in 20 years or so...And looks it. Nevertheless, Duncan's line crew came out and rubbed all the insects off the prop spinners, nose, and windshield while quickly and efficiently fueling the plane. This used to be the standard at FBO's, but I think this is the first time in about 5 years that anyone has provided this service. Everyone from the desk clerk to the line crew thanked us for stopping there on our travels, and as usual Duncan's service hangar was impressive (and clean enough that you could eat off the hangar floor). Will make it a point to return.

Another pleasant and quick stop at Duncan. We'll now be making this our regular stop b/w CO & WI. A+

Service equivalent to the FBOs at the biggest corporate jet airports in the Northeast, but with 100LL about $1.75 cheaper. Nice new courtesy cars. Had a good lunch in the downtown historic district.

Stopped for fuel on way back from NYC in my C310. Great service, great prices, great FBO. Stopped there several times before, and Duncan has always done a top-notch job--even at 3am.

Stopped in the other day as we traveled across country, got great service. Called on Unicom to get a quick turn and have food waiting for us when we got there, everything went perfect. Thanks for the continued great service.

I would have to say that Duncan is the best airport I have ever been to. Even though I have never landed there or taken off, I have picked up my cousin there. While I was waiting for him outside there was tons of service and just plane old nice people. The inside of Duncan was VERY nice with a flight planing room. I will be back for sure this time in my friends airplane.
