12/5/2025: Originally an intended fuel stop, I got weathered in and had to leave my plane for over the Thanksgiving holiday. From the start, the line service was excellent. Ted gave me a ride in his personal car to the Oberlin Hotel (Ask for the Airport rate, it definitely saved some cash). A week later, I finally got a weather window to fly it home. They kept it out of the winter storm and in a heated hangar the entire time, even though I told them it was ok to move to the ramp. The fee was very reasonable and unexpected, but much appreciated. This was my first time at this airport, and what a gem! I can't recommend them enough. I will definitely be back.

I can't say enough great things about the staff at Lorain. I called earlier in the day of our arrival, and line guys marshalled us to a spot right in front of the FBO when we arrived! Then when we tried to depart two days later, we had a mechanical issue. Hats off to Joe for quickly diagnosing what was wrong and getting it fixed. We caught him just as he was about to get "off" work, but he stuck around to make sure we departed safely - turned out we departed only about an hour after we intended to. Thanks so much again for helping us get home!
