The premier FBO in South Texas. Line and customer service staff always has a smile and are willing to go the extra mile.

Landed at customs (terminal 3/4) on 18-June. Aero Center had us fueled by the time customs had us processed (with customs authorization!). Saved a taxi across the airport. Very friendly and helpful. They promised 15cent discount on fuel with AirNav membership even after refueling! A very pleasant stop.

The great staff is as good or better than any we've encountered at FBO's across the US. Our recent trip (6/12 & 6/13) was an example of their courteous, professional and complete service - - fuel, facilities, rental car, ice etc. Also a special thanks to Doug Lacey, General Manager for the "introduction" to the Palenque Grill - - it was outstanding! Stopped in on 5-14-2009 called ahead the day before to reserve 2 full size rental cars. When we arrived the rental car company (Enterprise) sent over 2 compacts, which would not work, for my passengers. The FBO was quick to remedy the problem and had a full size SUV there in no time from another company. They did everything possible to make us happy and even hooked the aircraft up to ground A/C at no charge to make up for the rental car problem. Excellent service - I will return. Thank You

I stopped in for a visit on the Feb 1, 2008 weekend in my Musketeer Super Custom. Service was first class even for a small plane driver like me. The folks here could not be more friendly and helpful. They had a rental car waiting for me and they were very helpful with directions.

I haven't posted a comment on here before, but I felt I had to after my visit to Laredo yesterday. If you like customer service go see all the helpful people at Aero Center.

I have been flying into Laredo at all hours of the day or night for two years. Never had a bad experience with Aero Center. I go to ALOT of FBO's around the country, and Doug Lacey is the best owner/manager around, bar none.

I fly in here often in a 421-Air Ambulance. The guys always treat me great and the lounge is nice. My pax love the cookies!

A friend's Saratoga broke down and I flew our Navajo there to help with repairs. Long story short, the Navajo broke down as well and we spent a solid week with Mr. Lacey and his crew. Very comfortable facility and helpful staff took great care of us. Thanks for all your help and hospitality.
