Flying two patients to Mayo in Rochester. The TAF of 600 and 2 ended up being 1200RVR and VV001 at RST. LSE was the only airport in the area that was do-able. Called at 0515 and got a lineman. Said the CSR gals came in at 0700 but he would leave a note that we were headed in unannounced. Arrived at 0700 and the CSR was already trying to get us cars for our PAX to drive to RST. In the end, they were only 30min late for their first appointments. Outstanding Colgan! Heated hangar for the jet, and a rental and rooms for the crew. THAT is contingency planning at it's best. If we are ever in the LSE area again, I won't hesitate to use or recommend Colgan.

Dropped in for a quick business appointment. Service from Colgan was unspectacular but adequate. Crew car was old and creaky but served our needs. Airport has a nice uncomplicated multi-runway layout that is simple to navigate on the ground. Controllers were curt and all business. I found LaCrosse to be a very pleasant city and look forward to visiting again.

Friendly, professional staff. Parked here for 3 days on way back from Oshkosh to visit family. Fuel prices are above average, but if LaCrosse is your destination, you have no other choice. Parking fees were waived with fuel purchase, so that's a plus.

Very helpful front office staff. Jackie was very helpful and offered to make reservations at hotel in La Crosse before we even left stop over at YKN. Fuel is expensive, and city charges $40.00 landing fee + $10.00 overnight fee for singles; but this was waived with fuel purchase.

Things have changed since last year, no crew car and there is an overnight parking fee. Fuel costly as well. No competing airports anywhere near, no doubt has something to do with this. Nice facility and pleasant folks though.

Wonderful stop for us in our Silver Eagle, they even washed our windshield with fuel up!

What a nice airport! ! I Will second the motion that Colgan is very professional and friendly; with wonderful staff and excellent facilities. The crew car was busy, but a Line-person took us to a nearby hotel. No charge for parking; bring your own rope; the loaner ones are short.

We stopped by Colgan in a Piper Arrow enroute to Grand Forks, ND. We were marshaled in and were topped off almost before engine shutdown. Nice facilities and great flight planning room. After flying the Arrow all day, it finally decided not to start. The FBO stayed open late and made us hotel reservations at a nearby Baymont Inn (recommended) and got us a cab to the hotel. Highly recommended FBO!

Stopped in today on my "long" IFR cross-country from Chicago and was marshaled in even with it raining. We only stayed for about 10 minutes to use the nice wx computer, bathroom, and vending machine and was not charged anything. Great facility that I would love to visit again.
