My in-laws live in La Crosse, so we fly-in frequently. We've always received good, reliable, friendly service from Colgan Air. In particular, they have convenient hours during most holidays.

This is a very professional FBO, but they seem very comfortable with visits from general aviation. A lineman always greets us and marshals us to parking. They fuel from a truck tanker. Courtesy car sometimes available for short drives. Wireless Internet in the FBO. Friendly and helpful staff. Use caution with hold short lines where Rwys 32 and 36 crosses on South end.

I had the privilege of working with the Colgan Air facility on Saturday, January 20, 2007. A medical situation arose in Miami which required a transport from Miami to La Crosse Colgan Air. When I called to check on the flight arriving, the attendant at the desk was most helpful. I was fully informed throughout the day on the departure and arrival estimated time of the plane. The facility was very comfortable and well maintained. I was given detailed instruction on how and where to pick up my passengers. I would not hesitate to recommend Colgan Air to anyone in need of their services. They are first class professionals.

Excellent FBO! Was there yesterday for a commercial x-country in a 172R. Arrived late and they were very helpful in giving me free use of the car and filled up my tanks. The tower was very polite by giving me taxi instructions to the FBO. Recommend this Airport to anybody!

Very professional and yet very friendly FBO. When the weather refused to improve they booked me a hotel in town (Stoney Creek Inn, also good) and even arranged for shuttle to get me there. Since I was overnighting I decided to change my oil/filter and the mechanics were very helpful and happy to help a little guy get on his way. Big airport with small town friendliness.

Excellent! Came with my teenager to get lunch and build CC time. Was given key to nice courtesy car (station wagon), free for 90 minutes. Had good lunch at Mr. D's in town (donuts not as good as I remembered from 20 years ago, though :-( Despite the 160 mi. flight they pumped less than 5 gals into my C-152. Still got free use of car, no tiedown fee, and people were very nice. Nice facilities, will be back!

Colgan Air did an excellent job taking care our Skylane. All the staff was friendly and courteous, and the lineman (who came out to park us) was very professional and careful with the refueling and tie-down we requested. Nice facility, tower was helpful too. La Crosse is really a beautiful town, too! DO NOT believe the Days Inn offer of 24 hour shuttle service. We stayed at their property because they offered us a ride to the University, but when the time came they changed their tune and said the shuttle only goes to the airport - not very valuable since it is miles from anything else except the airport!

The staff at Colgan's will go out of their way to make your stop a great experience. If there is a mechanical issue, Mike Lubinsky, Director of Maintenance, and his men will be able to be of help. They can fix anything that fly’s with honest and courteous service. They have repaired my 182 several times.

First time into LSE as a student pilot. Was met on the ramp, directed to easy parking and was fueled up in no time. Used the courtesy car to grab lunch at the terminal, and even though I only bought 6 gallons, but no ramp or fees of any kind. Very friendly and a nice FBO.

Very nice facility. Line service was excellent even though busy. By the time my passenger arrived the plane was topped off. Would highly recommend this as a refueling stop. Dropping off my passenger two days later was a breeze, no charge. Great place to stop!
