Arrived in a Cherokee on 4/7, departed 4/10. Excellent service from the line crew and the very charming young ladies at the counter. Clean, well equipped FBO, a great experience. (Even if you fly a SEL)

Absolutely loved my experience. They line guys were so nice!! They held the door and everything! They were also very generous letting me borrow the Jag for an extended period of time because it was a very slow day (Saturday.)

Flew in at 11PM on a Saturday for a fuel stop. Two very friendly line guys in the facility helped us out--very quick turnaround for this time of night--we were told they're open 24/7. Checked out facilities inside--nice pilot lounge and good flight planning room. Can't ask for much more.

We frequently fly children to Cincinnati for medical care at Shriner's or Children's Hospital and always use Million Air. They are unfailingly helpful, coordinate ground transportation for us, give us reasonable consideration on fuel, have competent line personnel, always seem to have an available courtesy car, and, most to the point, treat our families compassionately. For all we know, their competitor may be a fine FBO, but Million Air has never given us a reason to look elsewhere.

We flew in from Purdue University to watch a Red's game and had to stay 24 hours due to inclement weather. My friends and I flew in on a C-172 and were treated like commercial crew, 1st class. The pilot lounge speaks for itself, second to none. The hospitality had been the best I have ever received including most Hotels and other businesses I have dealt with. Oh yeah.

Flew in for 20 minutes on 4/27/06 to pick up a passenger. Ramp fee was going to be $20.00 for a Mooney, so bought the equivalent in fuel (6 gallons) instead. Very friendly, nice facility.

Everyone was nice and helpful during my visit. There was only one person behind the front desk. I was 3rd in line and I waited about 20 min before finally getting my fuel order in. The facility itself is very nice and large enough for Cincinnati's corporate traffic. I will come here again next time I land at LUK.

Always great service when visiting Cincinnati. As a corporate pilot I see a lot of different FBOs and this one is top notch. Heather and Kelle are always extremely helpful and line service is outstanding. I would definitely recommend this FBO. Great Job! A+

Flying six hurricane Katrina evacuees from New Orleans, MillionAir wouldn't even give us a five cent discount on a couple of hundred gallons of Jet-A. Called ahead the night before to arrange for a rental car, CSR girl dropped the ball, passengers had to wait while the super slow Hertz girl entered all the info by hand. Still not real impressed with CSR's. At least the line guys were on the ball, they even cleaned our windshield with a smile.

Lost a mag and landed at Gene Snyder (an unattended field). Million Air was instrumental helping me get a mechanic, transportation, and a hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They did far more than one could ask. Top notch!
