Nancy was rude and ignored our repeated requests for her to unlock the gate between the terminal building and the ramp where our plane was parked. My husband stood there for 5 minutes buzzing her, before I came and called her direct. She said "standby" then promptly, and loudly hung up, but never released the gate. Great way to bring people back to your FBO.

Patient Airlift Services, I picked up Mother / Daughter and received great support and quick turn service. Thanks to everyone on the team for their help. Will be back, Mark

Very good airport location for downtown Cincy. Signature has all the facilities you would expect of a first class FBO. Very helpful lines folks, front desk, hangars, etc... It does come at a price of course but that is the way it goes. Location is just too good to try to save a few bucks elsewhere...

Picked up two dogs for a Pilots N Paws mission. Staff was very accommodating, even though the place was pretty busy. They waived all fees, just let us do our thing. Thanks!

Service was pretty much average until recently when it became less than average. Unfortunately it's the only game in town.
From Jerrold Seckler on 02-Apr-2016

I was there twice this week on 2 separate Angel Flights. The facility is quite nice and the people, both on the line and behind the counter were helpful and friendly. Signature kindly waived all their fees because of the Angel Flight status and I really appreciated it.

I did an Angel Flight into LUK and spent the night. Landmark FBO facilities and staff are first class. Thank you for taking such good care of us during our visit!
From Gary Mahler on 01-Sep-2015

You can't pay more for less, the fees are so high they make Signature look like a deal. We flew in last week in our jet and we charged $470 for a handling facility fee, which could have been waived if you bought 330 gals at $6.15/gal when we are buying fuel most places for around $4/gal. A security fee of $20, no security in sight, no airline service, no locked doors, Tie down for 1 night $240, and a Lav service for $80. Many places the lav service is about $25, $80? A new record high for me. Total for one night stay $810. No fuel, no catering. Try calling them on the radio before landing to give them a heads up we were 15 mins out, no answer. They park us, say we were chocked, we release the brakes and the plane rolls forward and hits the chock and our passengers almost fall down. Plane was not on line when we asked, the list goes on, as my boss said, we will go anywhere else on that field next time. This isn't a big busy airport on the East coast, itís a reliever. Not good.

There's a certain standard of excellence that pilots have come to expect from better FBO's: friendly staff (including the line guys), clean facilities, maybe popcorn and fresh coffee. All of that is here at Landmark. The linemen were busy with several jets, but got my single engine Cessna parked, and brought the rental car out to the plane. I requested 10 gallons per side, and left for a few days. When I returned, I received a 50-cent/gal "weekend" discount, and fees waived, which was a pleasant surprise. When I walked out to the plane, one of the linemen approached and asked if there was anything else he could do for me before I left, which I appreciated. Yes, the fuel is expensive, but there's quite a bit of service there for the price, and nothing beats the convenience of Lunken if you need to be downtown. I won't hesitate to come back.
From A. Avent on 29-Aug-2015

As the only game in town, the service is above average, the fees/fuel prices are outrageous, and the facility very tired, and the front desk personnel seem to be unorganized. Hertz on site is a big plus.
