Awesome support from an FBO. Crew car, ice cream, and discount for fuel on an Angel Flight. What more can anyone expect?

Great folks, friendly service. There are more fees than there were at the old location, but the new ramp is nice. $25.00 overnight parking, $35.00 infrastructure fee, all kinds of taxes are added to the fuel price, and then they tax all the fees, and at the end there's another $10 "tax/fee" right before the bottom line... 13 total charges on my invoice to overnight a Champ and take on 12 gallons. I go to Cincinnati often, but I won't be back to Lunken because of the fees.

Stopped in at Waypoint yesterday. First time to the airport. Barb was awesome! She had gotten a car set up for me the day earlier and made a few recommendations for lunch in the area. The rest of the staff is fantastic as well! Highly recommend this FBO.

Dropped off Lifeline passengers, didn't need services or fuel, but this is the FBO of my choice when landing at Lunken. Friendly staff and very nice facilities.

Had an issue with a Piaggio Avanti. Fred A and the Waypoint Aviation crew went well above and beyond. Been flying for 37 years and places like this are no longer the norm, they are by far the exception. No matter the cost, these guys deserve all the support they can get.

Dropped a family of four on a PALS flight from NJ on 1/29. PALS listed Signature as the recommended FBO but Waypoint's fuel pricing was better. Not only is the listed price for avgas a dollar cheaper but I was given an additional dollar off as a PALS flight. Additionally, I called from 20 minutes out and was met by a line crew who marshalled me in, chocked the airplane and had the fuel truck brought up before I finished unloading the airplane. Beautiful facility and free ice cream was an added bonus.
