Had business in Menomonie. Arrived early AM, met at self service pump. Refueled and parked, used courtesy car for business. Very friendly and complete service. Rental car available from Ford dealer.

Stopped there for really good fuel price and found a gem! Were given the courtesy car and pointed in the direction of a really wonderful lunch buffet a couple miles down the road. Would stop there again for the hospitality and the fuel!

The owner greeted me upon landing and provided me very nice tie downs, assisted with the tie down, and assisted with the fueling process. The owner also offered a courtesy car and overall I had a pleasant experience.

Saturday, Mar. 14, 2009. Greeted when I arrived, asked if I needed anything. Was picking up passengers for a ride so not just then. Upon returning offered to tie down - prefer to do myself. They provided very nice ropes. Fuel price very good, easy self-serve with Visa. Will return.

I have been to Menomonie several times since the new management in need of fuel. The FBO was closed and we had to fly to EAU for fuel. They have a credit card machine but it doesn't take multi service or american express. The other operator was always available... Not very welcoming..

I sincerely apologize for you experience, but we can not accept American Express or MultiService even with the operator, who is at the airport 6 days a week, usually 8-10 hours each day.
