Excellent high quality FBO! Great Maintenance, reasonable prices and a mechanic with 40 plus years in general aviation who gets the job done "on the first pass"! Make this YOUR place to stop when in LWM!

Four Star Aviation worked well for us and with us on our recent two-day project based at Lawrence Municipal. Their regular hours, as with all FBOs on the field, are slightly more limited than one would expect at a field of such size and so near to a major US city. The staff was very helpful, with 12 hours notice, in lining up a rental car for us with the local Hertz. They also accommodated our need to access our aircraft, after their operating hours, on the semi-secure ramp. Friendly and knowledgeable; would gladly work out of here again.

Nice place, comfortable pilot's lounge, clean bathrooms and cheapest fuel on the field. Closes around 5 or 6pm, and closed on Sundays.
