True above and beyond customer service from Northeast Executive. While flying in for a business meeting 10 miles away Angelo gave me the crew car and did not charge a ramp fee. Thank you for such uncommon hospitality.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. The people here really know how to take care of you (especially Mike and Angelo). They truly appreciate GA. The service is quick, facilities clean, and the ramp is easy to access. If you're coming to LWM, come here. PERIOD.

I have been using NE Exec Jet for approx 12 years. I have always been very impressed with their service, hospitality, and professionalism. They even left their Christmas Party for me last week because I had a problem! I give them a solid 5 stars!!!!
