Very good service from Ralph and his staff. They graciously arranged to have our passenger's rental vehicle on the ramp (although the car rentals are very conveniently located in the terminal right next door.) Ralph also gave us personal attention and managed to track down hangar space for our Lear when there was a threat of hail one evening. Thanks for the great service!

Helped get the rental car through Security to facilities loading and unloading aircraft. Friendly, good service with a flight-planning terminal. Car rentals right next door in the main terminal. Easy access to reasonably priced Self Serve.

My wife and I spent the weekend of August 6-8, 2010, in the Lewiston area. The folks at Stout greeted us with a smile, and with the cheapest avgas ($4.14 self-serve) I've seen in a long time. The bathrooms were clean, the Hertz rental car was waiting just a few feet outside, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We'll be back!

Good fuel price from self serve. Pretty country nice airport. We walked into town to get lunch. Very tidy town. Excellent stop.

We were hungry and dehydrated and called around before we landed. The Walla Walla airport restaurant has closed and nothing else within 75nm had an open airport restaurant. We parked outside of Stout's and then walked the couple hundred feet to the terminal and then up the stairs. The owner mentioned that business was slow, but half the tables filled up while we were there. Great for convenience. Steaks were way overdone, but everything else was pretty good. Nice view of aircraft activity through big windows. We didn't need fuel so our contact with Stout's was minimal. They were friendly and let us use the restrooms. Clean lobby and smiling faces.
