My wife called the FBO from Driggs, Idaho the morning of 17 August 2011 to arrange the use of the courtesy car. She was told one of the two was available. At our stop in Jerome, Idaho, near 5 PM, she called again to make sure we could get the car after 5 PM. The counterperson was very helpful and told her where the keys would be and how to enter the FBO when the office was closed. We arrived around 6 PM, fueled the plane, parked close by and found everything as explained. The 1986 Ford Tempo had working A/C, power windows, cruise control, and lights! This FBO is great! We stayed at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Nampa (2 miles). We called for directions and the receptionist thought we were coming from the Boise airport, didn't know there was a Nampa airport, so beware when getting local directions. The motel was easy to find, very modern, and a nice stay.

Very good experience. They attended to my needs perfectly. The airport got 5-6" of snow while I was there overnight, and the AvCenter crew got the ramp plowed out quickly so I could leave. My thanks to Ren, the Line Service Manager, and his crew.

This is the place to stop in the Boise area. Great service and a very friendly staff. Line service with Tom Weller at your service was a fantastic help. There's a nice little restaurant upstairs too with a great view of the airport. Open to 3 PM.

Terrific service from AvCenter's maintenance staff when I needed some minor engine work over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend. No need to land at pricey Boise when Nampa and AvCenter are far less expensive and more hospitable. I'll be back!
