Signature couldn't have been more helpful! My girlfriend needed to fly via Southwest Airlines to meet me at Oshkosh. They let her park her car in their lot for a week (no charge), and then didn't charge me a ramp fee since I was only dropping her off and not staying longer. Try to land on the west runway (1L/19R) or be ready for a LONG taxi (ask me how I know...).

They still waive a ramp fee with 7 gallons of 100LL. Parking for my Cherokee 180 was $15 a night. It had been a few years since I had been there but I remember they always had good service and that hasn't changed. A very nice facility with great coffee, flight planning, etc. They will pick you up and take you to the main terminal if you need to catch a commercial flight. For a class B airport MCI is easy to deal with and all the folks at the FBO were also great to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to go back.

Good service. Friendly counter agents helped us get a rental car.

I flew in on a Sunday morning in a PA-28-180. They took my passenger to the Southwest terminal and loaned me a courtesy car. We weren't charged any sort of ramp/landing fee as we bought about 20 gallons of 100LL. Good experience - friendly atmosphere.

We were at KMCI during Thanksgiving. Everything was good, the line people were first rate and over Thanksgiving the CSR (didn’t get her name) helped me rewrite the catering and all when our client decided to be picked up at the Downtown airport

After viewing the price issues on this forum I called this evening to find out what the cost of dropping off a passenger would be. They quoted $85 for the ramp fee or would waive it if I bought 50 gallons of fuel at $6.00 a gallon. They are the sole FBO at MCI. I fly a Piper Jetprop. I understand the idea of them having to keep in business but come on folks this is ridiculous.

I called the FBO and they told me that for single engine aircraft there is a $27 handling fee, which is waived with a 7 gallon fuel purchase. I advised them that they may want to respond to the $200 plus handling fee complaints from past customers here on AirNav.

Flew into MCI on a Sunday. Awesome experience! Kristen was very helpful when I called the evening before. Anthony provided pertinent advice--the day of--regarding MCI construction. Adam provided a ride to our destination--with instructions to call for a pickup. Kristen have us a 6% discount. Bottomline: I'm going back.
