I used to use Galaxy before their move to the new facility when they seemed to increase their prices by a lot. On AirNav, Galaxy says they have the Guaranteed Lowest Prices at MCO. I've used signature as of late and they have a $49 facility fee. Galaxy wants $65. I called to inquire about the lowest price on AirNav and they eventually matched Galaxy and after I said why switch for a lower price they said $45. Seems good until they told me that they may be/may not be able to pick up my pax from the Airline Terminal. Signature always picks up pax from the Terminal with no issue.

I spoke with Nancy for a quote on overnight parking. They are now up to $56.18 for a single engine piston. I never thought I'd say this, but Signature is cheaper at $30/night.

Flew into MCO yesterday to drop off a friend. Be advised that Galaxy is inaccurately depicted on the FAA airport diagram. AirNav's location is correct. It's just to the south of the UPS ramp. Taxied in without prior arrangement and was greeted with a friendly ramper. Received a crew car (new Ford Expedition) to take my passenger to the terminal. $60 handling fee for a light twin. It was waived with my purchase of 17 gallons. We were in and out of MCO within 30 minutes. Will be sure to come back to Galaxy again. Also be advised if you're coming from the DAB area in IFR expect to be vectored well out to the north and west if MCO is landing on the 36's and 35's. It adds an extra 20 minutes of flying at the very least.

I use KMCO Galaxy often to fetch and deliver friends and family. KMCO is very easy to fly into. GA aircraft always get the west runway (36L or 18R), which is right next to Galaxy so it is very easy in the air and on the ground. Galaxy service is great and crew cars are available to run over to the terminal. Minimum fuel purchase is 10gal for small singles, which is good because weight can be a factor when picking up travelers with bags. Comfortable and well equipped facilities. Highly recommended.

Beautiful new facility by a long-time MCO FBO. Galaxy is well-equipped for the single-engine GA pilot... The staff is efficient, attractive, friendly, well managed.

I've flown into thid FBO and was charged a $55 landing/handling fee. I was not parked, the facility is a trailer, and to top it off, I was told to call a cab to get to the terminal!

I arrived in my old Cessna 152 with my father to get him to a commercial flight at MCO. On arrival we were handled immediately and professionally by the lineman who carried my father's bag in to the FBO. The desk staff was GREAT! I asked about getting a taxi to bring my dad to the Delta terminal and they said, "Don't worry about a thing. We'll get him there." Someone from the Galaxy staff took him to the terminal in plenty of time for his flight. Before I left, I asked how much I owed and was told "Just remember us on your next flight to Orlando." I will certainly be back!

I dropped in on short notice to pick up pax at the terminal. I got a crew car, great service and was out in about an hour. The price is high for fuel but I bought the minimum and had no charges for car or plane. I like Galaxy and I fly a SE turboprop.

Flew into MCO on the evening of October 5th to pick up my wife arriving on a Delta flight. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Although the fuel price was a bit steep they did waive the handling fee of $15.00 with the purchase of 10 gallons. Would not hesitate to return. Understand that their new facility is under construction and will be ready for occupancy in April 2008.

The price of Jet A is now $5.99 per gallon. They have a popcorn machine now!! Must be the reason for the high jet fuel price.

Service was not quite what it was in the past.. MAKE SURE that you ask them about the overnight parking charge! It is now $28.00 per night even for a small single engine aircraft. This fee is above and beyond the $14.00 ramp fee. They will waive the ramp fee with a fuel purchase but not the overnight fee. KMCO used to be surprisingly friendly to small aircraft but unfortunately not any more.

Flew into Orlando for family vacation. The only airport that had minivans available was MCO. Crew at Galaxy was outstanding; had us tied down and minivan ramp-side as soon as we shut down. Line guys all offered assistance with bags, fuel, etc. Same great service for our departure as well. Thanks!
