Flew a Malibu in two nights in a row to drop off passengers who needed to go to commercial terminal. Arrived at Galaxy and they treated us as if we were Air Force One. They offered us a crew car, and then offered a lineman as driver too when we worried about getting lost. On second night, treated us like family. These guys (and Margaret) understand customer service. By the way, the controllers are surprisingly GA friendly.

I flew into McCoy this evening in a 172 with some friends. Not only was ATC very accommodating for such a small plane (VFR, mind you), but also the service at Galaxy was above and beyond. A lineman named Rob helped us with EVERYTHING that we needed. It would be an understatement to say that this guy bent over backwards to help us. We even spoke to him for a good 30 minutes about Aviation. Truly a place where the employees have a passion for Aviation. It seems that a lot of FBOs in FL are lacking that passion. I would recommend Galaxy at McCoy to anyone.

One of the best FBOs I have ever been to. Rob greeted us and helped us get to some food for a bit even though it was late at night. He made our experience at Galaxy at MCO one of the best experiences I've ever had at an FBO since I've started flying. Nicest guy, great place with more than enough amenities, food is close by and their courtesy car is very reliable (big too). If you're making a stop at MCO make it Galaxy Aviation and ask for Rob.

I have chosen Galaxy as the base station of our southeast travels each time vacation or recurrent training brings me to Orlando. The service there is excellent. They do offer some discounts such as SimCom. The GA runway and tower is very accommodating to piston traffic, as long as you are class-B comfortable. The line guys there are so helpful, and the desk staff act as if you are their only customer. I'll be back.

Parked a USAF Lear 35 for one night at Galaxy and was very surprised to learn that, despite Galaxy being the only FBO at MCO with the contract for DoD aircraft, they charged us a $73 parking fee. The line guys were very helpful and friendly - I just had never been charged a parking fee at a contract fuel location after purchasing a few hundred gallons of fuel!

We flew in for a week and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The service was better than I have had anywhere. I said I would be out at 9am and that I would need fuel and a GPU. I arrived to find the GPU in position and the fuel truck parked at the airplane ready to go. I highly recommend Galaxy!

Used Galaxy on a trip to KMCO and service was very good. Seemed to be some confusion over what their AirBoss pricing policy was, so be prepared to remind them.

I used to use Galaxy before their move to the new facility when they seemed to increase their prices by a lot. On AirNav, Galaxy says they have the Guaranteed Lowest Prices at MCO. I've used signature as of late and they have a $49 facility fee. Galaxy wants $65. I called to inquire about the lowest price on AirNav and they eventually matched Galaxy and after I said why switch for a lower price they said $45. Seems good until they told me that they may be/may not be able to pick up my pax from the Airline Terminal. Signature always picks up pax from the Terminal with no issue.

I spoke with Nancy for a quote on overnight parking. They are now up to $56.18 for a single engine piston. I never thought I'd say this, but Signature is cheaper at $30/night.

Flew into MCO yesterday to drop off a friend. Be advised that Galaxy is inaccurately depicted on the FAA airport diagram. AirNav's location is correct. It's just to the south of the UPS ramp. Taxied in without prior arrangement and was greeted with a friendly ramper. Received a crew car (new Ford Expedition) to take my passenger to the terminal. $60 handling fee for a light twin. It was waived with my purchase of 17 gallons. We were in and out of MCO within 30 minutes. Will be sure to come back to Galaxy again. Also be advised if you're coming from the DAB area in IFR expect to be vectored well out to the north and west if MCO is landing on the 36's and 35's. It adds an extra 20 minutes of flying at the very least.

I use KMCO Galaxy often to fetch and deliver friends and family. KMCO is very easy to fly into. GA aircraft always get the west runway (36L or 18R), which is right next to Galaxy so it is very easy in the air and on the ground. Galaxy service is great and crew cars are available to run over to the terminal. Minimum fuel purchase is 10gal for small singles, which is good because weight can be a factor when picking up travelers with bags. Comfortable and well equipped facilities. Highly recommended.
