A return visit to Signature KMCO and great service once again. Arrived in our 40 year old turboprop for SIMCOM recurrent but treated like we had flown arrived in a Gulfstream. Excellent customer and line service. Many thanks to general manager Deron for making Orlando one of our favorite destinations.

Called ahead in order to arrange a ride from FBO to terminal. Katherine waived the fee with no fuel purchase and arranged for my friend to get to the terminal. Line personnel were also very friendly even for a C172. Very happy and will be back soon.

Landed at MCO on 3-4-10 in Cessna 182RG. Fuel was 6.38 per gallon and that was taking into account the .50-cent discount. Here's how the bill read. **Handling Charge.......................$22.00 **Handling Charge Abv Minimum..........-$22.00 **Fuel 100LL......64gallons@6.386......$408.70 **Fed Excise-100LL....64gallons@.194....$12.42 **Airport Fee........64gallons@.05.......$3.20 **Ramp Parking......3 nights@32/night...$96.00 *******************************Subtotal $520.32 **State sales tax........................$6.24 **GOAA...................................$11.38 *****************************Grand Total $537.94 The staff was very accommodating and they bring your rental car right out to the plane for you. Hertz rental car is inside the Signature FBO. The staff waited to fuel me on the weekend so I could receive the .50 cent fuel discount. I landed on 18R and 36L, which is primarily the GA runway cause, it's right next to Signature and Galaxy.

This is the first time I have used KMCO. It is closer to attractions and easy to fly into. The Signature FBO is outstanding, even to us SEL guys! The entire staff could not have been more gracious or helpful. This will be my new choice for anything in Orlando.

Oh wow. Excellent overall experience! I landed in a single-engine Piper and was treated like a Gulfstream by everyone. Carmen was extremely welcoming and friendly, was offered the crew car (brand new Mustang), had it for WAY over the limit, all I had to do was call and let them know I was late. So friendly and accommodating. One of the biggest surprises was the overall cost; no landing fee, no handling fee, and $.50 off the fuel for a weekend discount made for a very pleasant experience on my wallet. I was one of the most high-maintenance individuals there (unfortunately), and clearly made them the least money, but I was treated equal. Thank you Signature MCO!

Went into MCO for a few minutes on our way back to Virginia. The controllers were very very accommodating (brought us in on 18R). The staff at Signature was really friendly and made us feel welcome (although we were only there for a matter of minutes). We'll definitely be back.

I flew into Orlando International to pick up my sister from her commercial flight. The flight was late so there wasn't a lot of staff at the FBO but the staff that was there was great. They greeted us at the airplane with the crew car (convertible Mustang!) and gave us directions to the terminal. I put 5 gallons of gas in the plane to avoid the service fee. I will definitely be back to Signature.

On my last trip to Orlando in a King Air 200 (3/28 to 4/01/09) I had an awesome experience at Signature Flight Support, the entire crew was very professional, prompt and extremely, friendly (especially Angelo, Victor, Carmen and Krystal) some of the other line personnel names escape my mind, but they were all very helpful and attentive to my customers' needs. I will also add that their fuel prices were very competitive (Jet A) in regards to the MCO airport itself and the area of the country, the facilities were very clean and my customers were able to use the conference room before our departure. I appreciate everyone's assistance and keep up the excellent job you are doing, I know that Signature is working very hard to satisfy its customers.
