Flying a friend's newly purchased C172 from further North, spent the night in Harrisburg. Bit chilly so they accommodated with a spot in the hangar, nice digs but $65 for overnight...Trade-out for de-ice and heat I suppose, so needed either way. Beautiful and spacious FBO, and they took care of everything we needed. Plenty nearby hotels, Sheraton was comfy, walking distance to several restaurants, and had a pick-up van that was on the spot.

Flew into KMDT on 1/5/12 with my C172 and experienced more of their fantastic service. Met me on the ramp to park, offered to carry bags, gave me a ride over to pick up a rental car from the commercial terminal. On arrival back to the FBO the next day, the plane was topped off as requested, fuel charges were reasonable ($10 landing fee from the county) and the staff couldn't have been nicer in allowing me a place to change and prepare for my flight. They also returned my rental car to the commercial terminal for me, even though it wasn't one of the rental car companies they offered. Great people all around and a great facility. I'll be back for sure.

Flew in for drill, arriving 1915 h, had the rental car waiting where we were marshalled, marshallers helped unload our airplane, load the car. Very professional, very friendly. Really understand the meaning of service. Definitely be back.

Arrived here early and line service again was exceptional with directing the aircraft for parking. This is appreciated greatly when arriving early in the dark. We were also given fair options for fees/fuel etc.

I emailed ahead that I would be coming to Harrisburg Int'l and received a quick response. They were waiting for me when I arrived, fueled the plane quickly, parked it for me, and had the rental car ready to go. They had even printed out directions for us! We were only there for the day (Hershey Park) and it couldn't have gone better. Definitely a great FBO.

I stopped at AvFlight for an overnight recently and was very impressed. I called in the morning (about 4 hours before I got there) to arrange a rental car, and it was waiting for me as I taxied in. Ground crew and counter staff was a pleasure to work with, and the fuel price was reasonable. Even though MDT is an "international" airport, it's a very easy in an out since there's only one runway. Approach and Tower were friendly to GA traffic as well.

The prearranged rental car was brought to the airplane. Fuel price was fair and we were only charged the landing fee of $10 for a stay of three days. Great option for visiting Hershey and Amish country. We stayed at Best Western. Make sure the FBO refers you; The price was half the rack rate!

Great reception. They got us a rate half of the regular rate at the Best Western nearby. Inexpensive rental car as well. Great lounge and flight planning area. Very friendly. Close to Hershey Chocolate Park and Attractions.

Flew in from Ontario with a Piper Arrow for an overnight stay to visit the Eastern Outdoors and Sports Show. Service was excellent. The line person even carried our bags up to the office. With a 20 gal fill up there were no further charges except a $10 landing fee. Customs/Homeland Security is always great in Harrisburg.

The line service and CSR's and AvFlight are a pleasure to work with. They are very accommodating, and know their stuff. I've flown in everything from a simple 172 to a King Air 200 and a CJ3. Regardless of what aircraft, I've always been treated the same. It's good to see a model FBO. I look forward to doing business with AvFlight again.

I visited AvFlight Harrisburg in May. A rental car was ready when we pulled up in the Malibu and the line service assisted with luggage. It was only 20 minutes to Hershey Park. There was a landing fee and they honored their guaranteed fuel price. The controllers were friendly and arrival/departure procedures were convenient. I found KMDT to be much more GA friendly than airport website implies.

When flying to Harrisburg, PA go to KMDT and use AvFlight. The FBO at KCXY charges $150.00 ramp fee and provides no services. No TV, no crew car to name a few.

AWESOME!!! I have been coming in here about 3 times a month and they are always great to deal with. Very professional set up. The owner should give them all big raises!
